Guestbook comments from the owner

Thankyou for the wonderful 4 days!!! We loved the quite retreat.

Our hike up into your hillsides was spectacular, however I did see a bear!!! I think I scared him as much as he scared me !

Your cabin is beautiful and well-stocked.

Fantastic getaway in the woods

  • 5 of 5

I've been back from this vacation for two days and it was the nicest VRBO/cabin rental experience I've had. The cabin is the most well-outfitted place I've stayed in. Everything you need, especially cooking gear, is already there. There were numerous pots, pans, skillets, cutting boards, even spices. The cabin is in excellent shape and it's obvious that it's well cared for.

The farm is very expansive and contains miles of private hiking trails. My dog and I spent most of the day exploring the trails and reading the interesting historical signs and artifacts that the owners have posted along the way. It was a delight to walk and walk and walk.

I really can't adequately express how peaceful and serene this place is. I met the owners and they are stewards for wilderness protection. They are also very nice people. :)

The only downside is that internet connectivity, when you can get it, is slow, really slow. Don't plan on downloading anything while you're there. I'd recommend downloading movies to your laptop or portable device before you leave home. Also, the DVD player only plays older DVDs, not blu-ray discs. Bring books to read because you definitely won't be online much.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind review Claire. We are just as frustrated with internet speeds as our guests. We pay top dollar for DSL, but receive dial-up speed on old copper lines. But the good news is: they are currently installing fiber optic lines to our neighborhood. The lines are in and we are just waiting for the connections to be made. Hopefully by next summer! As to the Blue-Ray issue, we will upgrade the DVD player. Didn't know it was the "new format." We enjoyed visiting with you and hopefully you make it our way again soon. Jeff and Tammy

Perfect Montana Getaway

  • 5 of 5

This property has everything needed for a good time. Beach towels, ice chest, kitchen necessities, washer/dryer, wifi, and a grill among other things. Someone else said the pictures don't do it justice and it's true. My favorite part of it was the beautiful location in the woods. Around the corner from a small fishing lake and close to Kalispell. So beautiful!

Great Stay

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed this property! It is in a beautiful valley with miles of hiking trails on site, wildlife galore and great owners who had supplied everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and never bothered us. We mainly came to NW Montana for exploring Glacier National Park, and this is a somewhat long drive for daily visiting the park, about 45 minutes each way, but it's a nice drive so we didn't mind so much. Reasonable price, so well maintained and dog friendly, so you can't ask for much more! There is no Verizon mobile service here but pretty dependable WIFI and a nice TV for movie watching, we used the Red Box at the grocery store in Kalispell, since we were driving through on the way to the park every day it was convenient to pick a movie up, most days we didn't get back from the park until around 8, it is absolutely amazing and we hated to leave! Thank you Jeff and Tammy for making this great place available to visitors, we loved it!

Very nice place

  • 5 of 5

My GPS malfunctioned, so I had a little tough time finding it, a local map would have been handy. Otherwise, it's a fantastic place to stay, the place was very clean & quiet, highly recommended!

The Perfect Retreat

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this property is perfect. I've stayed in more than a dozen VRBO properties, and there's always some little element missing - not enough coasters, no whisk, etc. We routinely purchase some item and leave it behind as our contribution. At the cabin at Full Circle Farm, we could not come up with a single item that fell into that category. Absolutely everything you could want was there, in good supply and of excellent quality. One thing that is frequently missing is sufficient lamps and a cozy spot to read. The cabin has lots of lamps, a comfy sofa and chairs, and skylights to boot. Couple that with all the windows, it's bright and breezy.

But the true joy is the amazing outdoor space. The cabin has plenty of outdoor seating, a hammock, and miles of well defined and marked walking trails. The serenity is beyond description. We thought it might be inconvenient to be 15 miles from town, but we shouldn't have worried. The drive was always interesting, but our family wanted to spend all their time at our place, which minimized our trips.

Thanks, Tammy and Jeff, for sharing your slice of heaven. We hope to return!
