About Geri Anderson
My wife Geri and I are retired university professors. Geri has developed into a very successful potter. All of her proceeds are given to the Wheelchair Foundation. Jim is active in local affairs. We moved permanent to the Forgoten Coast of Florida in 1999.
Geri Anderson purchased this House in 2001
Why Geri Anderson chose Port St. Joe
Since we live down the beach 5 miles, we decided to buy a rental house that we share this beautiful areas with others and become an additional retirement benefit for us
What makes this House unique
Rejuvenation has the feel of privacy and remoteness. The views from the upper deck are awesome.

Peace and quiet...
Relaxing, peaceful, quiet, enjoy the wildlife and gulf view from the 2 decks, so dark at night we could see the Milky Way. Out of season so the beach and roads were very quiet, some great restaurants nearby in Port St. Joe, Provisions, Joe Mama's, Sand Dollar cafe, and the Sand Bucket for my BBQ loving son. Both Port St Joe and Apalachicola were very welcoming to dogs, they sat on the patios with us as we ate and were welcomed in shops, as well as loving our long walks on the beach several times a day.
Fully Rejuvenated!
What a beautiful secluded spot! The home was impeccable and communication with Ms Geri was a genuine pleasure.
She made the entire process seamless. Sometime adjectives don't do a place justice. This is one of those times.
Thank you Ms Geri!!
Very nice, well equipped, clean. We really enjoyed our time at Rejuvenation!
We could not stay there again as we are in our 70’s, and 28 steps into the house and 33 steps to the beach was very difficult for us to navigate. But the home was very nice, well equipped, clean. It is very roomy, excellent for families with children. The location is very nice.
Our thanks to our guests who took the time to rate their experience. We are pleased that our guests see the beauty of nature in our lovely beach setting with the ocean, dolphin, eagles in the trees, shelling and more. This is the reason we are full much of the year. We work hard to provide pleasing, comfortable large home with many extras since we treat it more like a guest house. It is built above a lovely sand dune for ocean views. Thus it has a few more stairs. We are both almost 80 and manage Rejuvenation ourselves, therefore we are there weekly. We try to show the stairs and discourage those who have issues. We want our guests to have an enjoyable experience because we care about them and we are glad these guests had a memorable stay and mentioned the stairs in case they would be an obstacle for anyone.
Loved it! Perfect for multiple families too.
Rejuvenation was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The home met our needs with a comfortable feel and beautiful view. Jim and Geri were so great to work with and kept in touch throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We hope to return very soon!
We appreciate our guests who love our piece of paradise like we do. We enjoy working to make each person's vacation memorable. Jim & Geri

Location
the Saint Joe State Park Beach which is within a 20-minute drive was selected the Number One Beach in the United States several years ago, Saint Vincent's Island which is across the pass is a Great Nature Preserve and you have access to it whether for Exploring or a Quiet Sunny Picnic, for Shopping Old Town Apalachicola is only 12 miles away and the Famous Indian Pass Raw Bar is at the other end of the road. Apalachicola has just been named one of 12 top towns in America to see because of its history. Good restaurants and shopping. Port St. Joe is also 12 miles away with other good restaurants.
