Condo Hotel means you have the best of both worlds. A 1400 square foot condo with all the amenities of a hotel downstairs!

During February and March only Saturday to Saturday bookings will be accepted. Per condo rules we can rent to the following only:

This is a totally remodeled unit with direct oceanfront views. When we say "Oceanfront" we mean "Oceanfront" No streets to cross, no binoculars needed to see the Ocean! This is a front corner unit with sweeping views from both front and side.

Sophisticated luxury with stunning ocean views from living room, dining room, patio, master and guest bedrooms. You can even see the ocean from the bathrooms!

The kitchen is equipped with everything from pots, pans, orange juicer, coffee maker, waffle maker, milk shake maker, martini shaker, blender and much more. The unit has three televisions with extended cable programming, DVD, DVR, two VCR's, Denon Stereo, dedicated fax line, printer, copier and high speed wireless internet.

Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels and bed linens. This unit is strictly non-smoking both on the terraces and the interior space.

Portable Crib with sheets and bumpers provided upon request

Rather than collecting a security deposit, we've opted for the protection plan. $59.00 is added to each of our rentals in order to protect you up to $1500.00 of accidental damage. This method is less risky for the traveler and the property owner.

When people travel with an extended family or group they are want and need room to spread out!. Not only that, they want a full kitchen & lots of room. People love the comforts and size of a condo with all the hotel amenities including poolside cocktails and food. This property has it all.......even has yoga classes on the sand!

Great vacation place for entire family.

My family just returned from our vacation. The property and unit was everything that we could have hoped for clean close to fort lauderdale by the sea and food market across the street. Judy was extremely helpful. we would certainly go there again.

Great location and great ocean views

Beautiful views of the ocean don’t get any better than this! The outside of the building could use some sprusing up but the inside is very nice and clean. The condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated, had a well equipped kitchen (the waffle iron was great) and 2 good size bedrooms. It was handy having beach chairs and umbrellas to rent right on site and we enjoyed the Tiki bar which was on the beach. It was nice to be able to walk to the grocery store and Dunkin Donuts almost daily. We weren’t sure how we would like having valet parking but it worked out well and the staff running it were very friendly. The owner of the condo was great to work with, very helpful and very receptive to phone calls if we needed anything. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be right on the beach.

Look elsewhere

When we arrived, we couldn't get in because code wasn't changed so needed to call the owner. She did respond immediately (which was a plus for her). Once we got in, condo hadn't been cleaned very well with kitchen floor not swept, floor sticky, refrigerator had remnants in drawers. I took pictures and sent them to owner. She did respond immediately and sent someone over to take care of cleaning. However, we were disappointed with a few things: there were five of us and only six towels, supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, plastic wrap and foil were either in short supply or missing completely and we needed to go to a store that day to get some of these items. The condo smells and is stuffy and needs to be aired out as the air quality was poor. Although the condo is "oceanfront", the best view is from the master bedroom. From the living room couch, forget about seeing the ocean unless you happen to be 7 feet tall. Having stayed in other VRBO/HomeAway properties the last five years, this was the first time we were disappointed with our rental. The exterior of the building looks old and worn but the staff was wonderful and couldn't of been nicer.

Owner's Response: Look elsewhere ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ Hi Carol, I can't make excuses for things that should have simply never happened. The best thing I can do is correct them FAST. As you said, you called from the front door when the code did not work (reached me in a matter of seconds) and I verbally gave you a code to get right into the condo. Then head of housekeeping was sent over immediately to redo any area that was not up to par. We leave 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels and 6 wash cloths. In addition, two rolls of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 5 trash bags. Tin foil and plastic wrap is not something condo owners provide. If you found some, it is because a previous guest bought them and left them. Condos have lots of upsides including space to spread out and a nice kitchen to cook in. Not to mention, televisions in each room and free WIFI. Downsides if you want to call them that are the fact you need to supply the kitchen with various things other than the starter kit of items. As far as air quality being poor, the readers of this email can go back years and read reviews and none will speak of "bad air quality" I guess ocean air to some can be called bad air quality. As far as views from the living room goes...We pride ourselves in showing photos of the condo from as many angles as possible so people know in advance if the views are what they are looking for in a condo. You can see from the living room photos you have a balcony with 36 inch wall so sitting and seeing the full view is not possible. You can see it while at the bar top in the living room and also at the small table sitting next to the patio windows. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling glass so those views are spectacular. And finally, yes the building was built in the 40's so it is never going to look new. I can't control that but the good news is your living on the inside and that is what I can control. Additional good news is, there is no disputing the fact the interior is completely renovated from top to bottom!

Jusd is a gem to work with. She is very responsive and helpful. The condo is beyond FANTASTIC!!! It has everything that you could possibly want. The condo is decorated very nicely, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly want, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the Ocean Manor itself could use a bit of a facelift. The outside of the building is starting to really show some wear and tear, and the pool area and tiki bar is in need of some repair. These are all minor things that the management/owners should be looking into to keep the property nice for all the condo owners and guest.

The Museum of Discovery and Science is a museum located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It is one of the largest museums of its kind in Florida, and has the most visitors of any museum in the state

Las Olas Boulevard is a popular thoroughfare in Fort Lauderdale, loaded with trendy restaurants & shops.

The Bonnet House is a historic home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. It is located at 900 Birch Road. On July 5, 1984, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It is named after the Bonnet Lily.

Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is a huge Florida State Park with great intracoastal views and paths through the trees. You can bike ride, rollerblade or walk for hours.

The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is a large multi-venue theater and entertainment complex located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The International Swimming Hall of Fame and Museum is a history museum and hall of fame. It honors swimmers & divers, with aquatic memorabilia such as Olympic medals on display.

Located about a half mile south of the Pompano Pier, this snorkeling spot features flat rock masses, some 100 feet wide, with all kinds of corals, seawhips and sponges. Some of the rock pieces have crumbled over time, creating holes and caves that have become homes to small marine life. The site is about 350 yards offshore and the depth varies from 6 to 22 feet.
