|Minimum Stay||2 - 4 nights|
This beautiful and comfortable duplex apartment is located within walking distance of all major tourism sites. With over 1,700 sq. ft. of living area, the apartment is spread over 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, living area, outside terrace and balcony. The apartment was recently modernized and has a state-of-the-art kitchen.
Our place at Liborova St. offers a spectacular view of Prague Castle and Strahov Monastery. It is located within a short walking distance of both the Castle-complex with St. Vitus' Cathedral, the parliament buildings, and the renowned 'little-quarter,' as well as the famed Charles Bridge. In addition, one can reach all the historic sites 'on-foot' in just a few minutes, or there is a tram stop approximately 150 feet from the house.
Restaurants, pubs, and sidewalk cafes are likewise everywhere in abundance, and there is no paucity of beauty or a sense of timelessness at any moment, either day or night. This combination of possibilities, the tranquil together with the historic and culturally energized, is both refreshing and rare in Prague... and I think that you will agree.
We would be pleased to welcome you to Prague, and look forward to your visit this forgotten, uniquely timeless, and eternally enigmatic European destination.

Me and my girlfriend, brother and mother visited Prague last week and we booked this apartment. We are very pleased with everything. If you like to spend some days in Prague and be able to see everything this apartment is recommended!
Tram and buses are very close, just 3 minutes walking. There is a store right on the corner where you can buy all your needs.
It will take the Tram 10 minutes to get to the center of Prague.. it beats parking by car and most of all finding a parking spot that is not reserved.
The only thing you need to know is that its a long walk with stairs so if there are older people, realize that is can be a killer. My mother of 65 didn't had any trouble but any older can be painful.
We were a party of four who stayed 6 nights in this great apartment. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival, and it is large and spacious, with 3 big bedrooms with 3 double beds and extra sofa beds. There was a bath/shower room downstairs, with an additional toilet, and another shower room upstairs (spiral staircase). Well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area adjoining the upstairs bedroom with fantastic views over Prague - plus a balcony which would be great in warmer weather. The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs (no lift), and a short distance up a steep hill from a stop on a number 22 tram stop - only a couple of stops away from the start of the Castle area of Prague with many attractions for tourists. Prague has a amazing public transport system and the 22 tram comes very frequently and takes you quickly to the city centre.
As you are slightly out of the centre, the local restaurants are considerably cheaper - our favourite was an Italian one just down the road - la Strada. There is a convenient store selling most essentials just across the road on the corner.
If you are thinking of doing a segway tour we would recommend ilovesegway.com - we did an excellent 2 hour trip up Petrin hill, away from the crowds - knowledgable and friendly guide, comparatively good value. In addition, great views to be had from the top of the 'mini Eiffel Tower'.
Andrea was a great host - very quick at answering her emails and she organised a taxi to meet us from the airport - cost approx 20 Euros and took about 20 mins to the apartment. She met us even though we had a late evening arrival, and showed us round the apartment. She was quick to sort out the one problem we had and was very accommodating to our additional requests. In summary, I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Prague.
We were as a group of friends (7 people) there and it was perfect. A lot of space, 2 levels, well equipped kitchen with a big table, 2 bathrooms and separate toilet made us feel very comfortable. The nicest place is - let's call it relax area - upstairs where we spent evenings after whole day of walking in Prague, sometimes looking at nice view from the balcony.
It is very close to grocery, nice restaurant and tram stop. But is also in walkable distance to the castle and city centre - if somebody doesn't mind to walk.
Andrea - the owner - is very nice and helpful, she told us everything that could be useful and showed what we needed on the map. She speaks English very well.
The price for hiring apartment is not cheap but considering all advantages - it's really worth it. I would stay there another time if I go to Prague.
We stayed in the appartement the whole March, and we realy enjoyed it. Comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, everything was clean and Andrea ( the owner ) supports us whenever we had questions. Many thanks to her. Only 2 tram-stations away from the Prague-Castle, in a calm region.
Sometimes it was hard to find a parking-place. Would recommend to everyone who wants to visit Prague.
This spacious apartment, ten minutes walking distance from the top of the castle, is fabulous. The views from the two terraces are truly remarkable. It's right near the 22 Tram which takes you to just about everywhere you'll want to go. There are half a dozen excellent restaurants within a few blocks at half the price of those in the tourist district. The elephant in the room -- it's up a steep hill and then three flights of stairs. But this apartment is worth every step.
This apartment was our FAVORITE of all the places that we stayed during our visit to Europe! It is exactly as described in the listing - spacious, beautiful, comfortable, clean. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! Andrea is the friendliest and most helpful manager that we encountered. Right from the start, she had so many helpful recommendations for us. She arranged very convenient and prompt transfers for us from the train station and to the airport. She met us at the apartment and spent a good deal of time showing us around and pointing out the grocery store on the corner, some great restaurants close by and when and where to see the sights. She even went to the trouble to ship home for us a jacket that we left behind. The apartment is within a 5 minute walk to the tram, which is very fast and easy. Also a short walk to several local (not touristy) restaurants, and the corner store. My only caution - the apartment is on the top floor of the building with no lift. This means many stairs. And the building sits on top of a moderately steep hill which means a bit of a hike. But - 3 of our family are in their late 70's and early 80's and agree that it was TOTALLY WORTH IT and would do it again! We loved it and loved Andrea! We'll definitely come back!
This apartment was everything we (8 study abroad students) could ask for when we stayed in Prague for 6 nights. It's out of the touristy area so you get a feel for how the locals live, eat, and act. It's about a 30 minute walk to the Old Town and I would recommend walking- seeing all the beautiful and historic sites is just incredible. Andrea was very helpful as well- she was there right when we arrived and she gave us a map, how to get around, information on local transportation, where to eat, what to eat, and sites to see. The apartment itself was very spacious and welcoming. It is on the top floor without an elevator so don't bring a lot of luggage or else you'll have trouble carrying it. Definitely take her recommendation to get a taxi from the airport or the train station to get here, it was easy and affordable. If I'm ever staying in Prague again- this apartment would be the ideal location to stay at!
