Modern 3-room apartment with private terrace directly on the Torrecilla beach

You will live in this apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the private terrace and the garden. The large terrace faces the south, is well-equipped with a view of the beach and sea. From the beach there is just a garden gate that provides the residents with privacy. The pool is available for all house guests and measures about 8x12m. The apartment is located near the city centre of Nerja. Nearby, you can discover multiple excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment is well-equipped, living and large bedroom with double bed have direct access to the terrace. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds. On the couch in the living room there is also another place to sleep. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, sink and WC and dresser. A peaceful apartment near the centre ideal for families with 2 children or 2 adults.

Holiday in two bedroomed apartments next to beach .

Arrived 1st.October 2016 in this pleasant 2 bedroomed apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and a comfortable lounge, with ample room for 4 adults.The beds were very comfortable. There is a good sized pool set in pleasant garden. The beach is just two minutes walk away. There are excellent restaurants and bars close by with a ten minutes walk to the old town and many more good restaurants. We have had many excellent holidays in nerja and will return again.

Excellent apartment very close to Torrecilla Beach

The apartment is very well situated only a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the centre of Nerja with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.It has a large outdoor terrace and 2 good size bedrooms.There is air conditioning in both and also in the living area which is essential in July/August.It is clean & well maintained & the owner is very helpful and good to deal with. We had a problem with a leaking kettle which tripped the electrics and this was quickly sorted out by contacting the local agent.I would recommend the apartment as we fully enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Great apartment in the perfect location.

Just returned from a very enjoyable 2 weeks. The apartment is exactly as advertised, has everything you might need and it spotlessly clean.

The apartment is in a very well maintained complex with lovely gardens and pool and is located a short walk to the centre on Nerja and has a number of restaurants and bars nearby.

I highly recommend this apartment for couples or a family with two children. I also found the owner was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions we had.

3 wonderful celebrating week in Nerja in october.

We spend three wonderful weeks in this very nice appartment, 10 steps from "Torrecilla beach". (From 14th Oct to 5th Nov.)

The reason for our stay was to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and have a more relaxed time than just one week off from work. We looked forward to visite that nice town, Nerja we heard so much about. We also looked forward to be close to restaurants, shops, beach, all the famous spots and the town.

We couldn't have choosen a better located appartment to hire.

Very near to all we wanted, big terrace, excellent poolgarden, two bathrooms with direct access from each bedroom.

Yes, there was some tings that wasn't that wonderful.

We had an issue regarding a leaking toilet (fresch water), but the owner arranged a plummer in a few days (no discount thou).

We also noted that the cushions to the terrace-chairs needed to be replaced (broken and dirty.) We understand that much will be worn when leases and it can also be different prudent people who rent. Over all this place was a wonderful place to spend our celebrating weeks in. We will defenately come back to Nerja and would very much like to rent this appartment then.

Perfect Nerja retreat with spectacular terrace

Owner very accessible and friendly. Apartment very bright and clean in perfect location. Right next to the beach, but separated by a hedge for privacy, you can hear the ocean from the wonderful and spacious private terrace. The bedrooms each have ensuites, which was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen has all necessities, but there is a great row of restaurants nearby. Close to the action but not loud at night. Look forward to coming and staying here again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

Very pleased with the apartment which is ideal for families as it is close to the swimming pool, beach and restaurants. Very clean and tidy and offers good facilities. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner Harald and we will be returning.

Our favorite restaurants were Don Juan and a Brazilian offering by the name of

Churrasqueria Brasilena Amazonas. Both of these restaurants were less than 2 minutes away.

The Balcon De Europe is less than a 5 minute walk away and offers fantastic views.

1 word represents the apartment and area - Beautiful.

Nerja is a charming small city that also keeps its Spanish character during the peak season. Here you will find everything that you need for a vacation by the sea - small tapas bars and first class restaurants, paella on an open fire, classic souvenir stores and boutiques. Multiple beaches offer diversity for all activities dealing with swimming and sports. Nerja's nightlife is colourful, but not crazy. The apartment offers a central starting point for walks to Nerja's old city and for excursions to Granada, Cordoba, Seville or through the Sierra Nevada. Even Gibraltar and a view of Africa is possible during a day excursions.
