About this property

Our house is located on the sunny slope, just above the family-friendly community Oetz at the entrance of the Ötztal. Enjoy the fantastic view in the Ötztal mountains.

Our apartment Acherkogelblick runs over two floors:
157 square meters, 4 bedrooms, Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, 2 x bathroom / toilet, large lobby, cozy Tyrolean parlor with fireplace, wireless Internet, sauna, balcony on each floor, safe.

The apartment was in 2014 re-established.

The ski bus stops right outside the house.

Perfect for a large family

My wife and I invited our 2 children and their families to spend a week with us in Oetz. Our group was 6 adults and 6 children under the age of 7. Our stay in Oetz was above and beyond what we expected largely due to the the amazing house! It was clean, well furnished and in the perfect location for skiing (the mountain is 5 minutes away) and swimming (the Aqua Dome is 10 minutes away). The farm animals were a constant joy for our grandchildren and the ping pong table was well used by the adults. We will spend another vacation in Oetz for sure.

Viel Platz und sehr freundliche Vermieter

Große Wohnung mit viel Platz für 12 Personen und sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir haben uns mitsamt den Kindern in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütlich, gepflegt und freundlich

Hatten in großer Gruppe (11 Personen) eine ausgezeichnete Zeit beim Skirurlaub in Oetz/Kühtai. Die Wohnung ist wirklich geräumig, gut gepflegt und tiptop ausgestattet. Besonders im urigen Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick ins Tal haben wir schöne Abende verbracht. Wirklich genossen haben wir nach anstrengenden Skitagen auch die Sauna, die allen Bewohnern des Ferienhauses frei zur Verfügung stand. Die Vermieter waren absolut freundlich, unkompliziert und standen bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!
