About this property

The Villa Elisabeth in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf was built in the imperial era in the beautiful style of the spa architecture and consists of an ensemble of two buildings, the front house and the garden house. Both listed buildings have been extensively restored. Our spacious and tastefully furnished apartment has been extensively renovated by us recently and is located on the first floor of the garden house with a total of only four residential units. It consists of a large living room with loggia, two separate bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with window and separate guest toilet. All rooms have flat screen TVs in the living room with 107cm screen diagonal. The kitchen is complete with built-in cooker (four plates), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course glasses, dishes and cutlery. An initial supply of towels and bed linen is free of charge. Two parking spaces are also included in the rental price. Only 50m to the beach.

A spacious clean apartment in a historical villa, we felt very good there. Just a step from the see. I totally recommend to visit and will come again.

Schöne Fewo

Die Fewo ist sehr schön und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Geschirr und Bestecke wären ausreichend für eine Party mit 20 Personen 😃. Auch sind Gewürze, Essig / Öl ausreichend vorhanden. Gestört hat uns leider der völlig verkalkte Wasserkocher und dass viele Schränke / Schubladen mit Gegenständen der Eigentümerin belegt sind. Lediglich die beiden Schlafzimmer stehen den Mietern komplett zur Verfügung. Gerade im Bad möchte man keine Schubladen mit angebrochenen Utensilien von fremden Menschen vorfinden. Die Gästetoilette befindet sich eine halbe Etage unter der Fewo im Treppenhaus. Wir haben sie nicht benutzt. Info für zukünftige Fewo-Mieter: die Mülltonnen befinden sich rechts hinter einer hohen Hecke, wenn man das Haus verlässt. Alles in allem waren wir mit der ruhigen Unterkunft und der Lage zum Strand zufrieden, deshalb die 5 Sterne. P.S.: Wünschenswert wäre eine exaktere Wegbeschreibung, da die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz durch eine Baustelle verdeckt wird. Nach 8-stündiger Anreise möchte man nicht gern lange herum irren.

ruhige Lage zwischen der sog. 1. und 2. Reihe von Villen

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig und nah zum Strand. Von zwei Straßen aus ist sie zu erreichen. Die Nutzung eines Fahrradkellers ist möglich. Für uns (jeweils 61 Jahre) waren die Ledersofas sowie der Ledersessel zu tief und zu weich. Der Esstisch und die Stühle waren vorzüglich. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Betreuung der Wohnung vor Ort mit einer freundlichen Kommunikation per Telefon.
