Our beachfront Condo is located on the most desired southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. This 11th floor unit directly faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views, providing panoramic views to the north and south, as well as western ocean and sunset views. The owners visit several times during the year to update and maintain the unit, making certain everything you need for a perfect vacation is available. From the balcony, you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the dolphins, or have a nice dinner backlit by the beautiful sunset. Picture yourself here - you deserve this!

Living room and master bedroom are beach front. Master bedroom has queen bed. Guest bedroom has twins with a set to combine them into a king bed. Remodeled kitchen with granite and slate appliances is fully stocked, including stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Two full bathrooms, remodeled with designer tile and large shower areas. Full-size front-loading washer and dryer in unit. Three TV's, DVD player, and wireless internet. Tile floors throughout (no worrying about spills on carpeting). Non-smoking, pet-free unit. Southern location is just steps from the beach and ocean.

Activities include: Walking distance to restaurants, shops and movies. Full beach services available at the resorts, including wave runners, parasailing, sailboats, kayaks, windsurfing, etc. 20 minutes to the Everglades for air boat rides, alligators, birds, and seasonal manatee sightings. Nature Conservancy and other preserve areas within close distance. Fishing - bay or deep water. Golfing. Five-star shopping and dining. Naples is 20 minutes away. Boat rentals at marina (fishing, shelling, private island). Boat cruises and sunset dinner cruise. Day trip to Key West (seasonal).

Why Kevin & Cheri Ricky chose Marco Island

Prior to buying on Marco Island, we rented several times. We looked at various locations from the northern part of the state to Marco Island. After a three-year process, we realized Marco Island had the best year-around temperatures, white sandy beaches and shelling, and we could have a unit directly on the beach. When we visited the property and saw the dolphins, typically every day, we knew this location was our place. We love visiting and never tire of the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere. If we need livelier entertainment, it's a short trip to Naples with many fun spots there.

What makes this condo unique

We love the ever-changing beautiful sunsets, watching the dolphins, the peaceful R&R, and seeing the ocean every morning when we rise and hearing it at night when we go to bed. The owners are particular about the condition of their unit and visit the property to update, freshen up and make necessary repairs regularly.

This is perfect condo; right on the beach, great pool, can watch the dolphins from the balcony. Very quiet. Short drive to downtown (definitely walkable/bikeable for adults but we have 3 little ones). Pool noodles, boogie board, sand toys all there. Plenty of towels. Unit clean, has EVERYTHING.

So Perfect, should be a ten star rating!!!

The photos are spectacular but in person it will bring you to tears! This condo is perfection. The view, location, and accommodations are impeccable! Our family of four with two kiddos under 12 found it had everything we could ever dream of. The condo is so well stocked with everything for beach fun! The maintenance is superb. And yes, believe the reviews that state there are Dolphins, we viewed them daily. Owners are so personable and that alone is worth another Five Stars! We were sad to leave and look forward to returning again some day :)

Perfect Beach Condo!

This was our family's 2nd trip to Marco and it was fantastic, just as we had remembered from 10 years ago. Kevin and Cheri's condo was impeccably clean, a must for us when traveling. We have stayed at nicer/newer condos that were no where near as clean and tidy as this, plus all the extras were very much appreciated, it really was like staying at a friend/family's place. Fully stocked, updated kitchen with newer appliances and a blender that worked fantastic, tons of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys that were in very good working condition), and newer full size washer/dryer. The two bathrooms were very clean and roomy enough for a party of four, and the walk in tile showers worked well and were clean. The living area was a little small, as expected, but the kitchen, eating area and awesome balcony with newer, nice furniture made up for smaller living area. Not even sure if the TV worked, I don't think we ever turned it on, the beach and the view from the balcony are spectacular and all the entertainment you will need.

The exterior of the complex was older, but again, very tidy and clean, and a short walk to the beach on an updated walkway. The pool area was nice, but we were on the beautiful beach everyday and did not use it very often. The unit is within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping and a short drive anywhere on the island or further north to Naples.

If you are looking for a beautiful beach condo on Marco Island, look no further, Kevin and Cheri have a wonderful place that is perfect....and did I mention, it was CLEAN!

Prime location on Marco Island

This was my 12th year on Marco Island, my first time renting from Cheri and Kevin. Their condo is perfectly situated near the water with outstanding views of the entire Crescent Beach. Cheri and Kevin have a lovely condo which is fully stocked with EVERYTHING anyone could need or want during their stay, unlike some of the other rental properties in the area. Upon my arrival there were a couple of issues which may have been caused by a previous guest. Kevin was quick to respond and resolved both of my concerns within a few hours. The building and property are very well maintained and secure.

Beach Views, Sunsets and location!

The hurricane six weeks before our planned arrival had us a bit worried about our Marco Island vacation. We got lucky and other than one elevator out of order our vacation was a Go!

We enjoyed great weather while on the Dolphin tour we took with the Dolphin Explorer, watching the dolphins follow our tour boat while they jumped up and belly flopped into the water was fantastic.

We enjoyed both the gulf front white sand beach right outside our condo and also the pool and hot tub.

The condo was equipped with beach chairs which were the low to ground type and we were happy to have them but with four knee replacements among the four of us we did struggle a bit to get out of them but managed.

We ate out often but did some cooking in the condo which had everything we needed to prepare the meals. We ate twice at Sunset Grille which we could walk to, ate at Davincis in Marco Walk, Little Bar in Goodland and Waterfront Grille in Naples.

There was enough room on Balcony for four of us to eat, have coffee or snacks with cocktails while we watched the sunsets almost every night. The living room was tight for four people with one small sofa and one chair, but we made it work.

Off season in Marco meant much less traffic, no waiting for a table at restaurants and easy to book the tours.

A great vacation and terrific location.

We apologize about the beach chairs; with limited space for storage, we keep the style people prefer and your comment is the first time the low chairs have been brought to our attention. A perfect getaway with amazing views

We have been coming to Marco since our two boys were young. This is the first time to come back to Marco as grand parents and get to share this beautiful spot with our daughter in law and grand daughter. Our son got to share his childhood memories with his daughter and enjoyed making new ones. This condo was just so perfect . Everything you need for cooking for a family. So many extras, and a plus with having so many extra towels. We absolutely had the best week. Our favorite meals by far was Pelican Bend, and the best dish is the Sautéed white Roughy! take my word its worth going for. Just be super hungry and dress casual because it is very casual. I cant wait to go again and we will definitely stay at 54420 again! Thank you for sharing your perfect get away with us .

Great Beachfront Condo

We have been renting on Marco Island on and off for twenty years. We had never rented at Seawinds and we were lucky to come upon Kevin and Cheri's great condo. It is very well appointed. All of the appliances are modern and the kitchen has any type of bowl,utensil,appliance etc that you would ever need.

Another plus is the beach chairs,umbrellas ,towels,toys etc. Not every place we have stayed includes these things and it adds to the price when you have to rent them for the week. The master bedroom overlooks the beach and the cool night temperatures allowed us to sleep with the slider open. All of the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and seemed like they had all been updated recently

Having vacationed on Marco numerous times we chose this vacation to sit on the beach and relax. We have pretty much done all of the waverunner tours,kayak tours etc.on previous visits. Although our children did go parasailing and enjoyed that immensely.

We did leave one day and went to the Everglades which I would highly recommend.

As far as dining Kevin and Cheri include a detailed list of restaurants. We had dined at most of them but if we had not their recommendations were great if this were your first visit to Marco Island

Kevin and Cheri were very easy to work with. i would highly recommend their condo and plan on returning in the future

We are required to rent a minimum of 7 nights. OUR CONDO RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Infants are included in guest count. If there are 6 in your party, we suggest an end unit ("01" or "06" numbers) because the living area is larger. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. STANDARD RATE shown is for Off Season - mid-April to Mid-December. The system does not allow us to specify a STANDARD RATE for high season (please see rental chart). We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance during hurricane months (June-November).

Rates may be more depending upon dates, holidays and number of guests.
