About this property

Cozy cabin at 1 300 m altitude - great views of the Kitzbühel Alps, with room for 7 people. For relaxing, relaxing, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and ski tours with family or friends. Mushrooms or berries are collected around the hut during the season. The quiet mountain world invites even far away from the 'stressed noise' to turn in! Burnout prophylaxis included. Complete equipment: spring water, kitchen with wood stove, gas stove and running water hot and cold water, shower (new!), Wc, SZ for 2 persons in the basement, via staircase 2 bedrooms for 2 persons in the first floor and balcony. Terrace and barbecue, well, pond and large garden - a total of 500 m2. The hut is without electricity (romance guaranteed!) especially great for children who often can not imagine a life without electricity. In the summer Almbetrieb (no bar) directly next to the hut. Car access to the hut, in winter depending on snow conditions 45 - 60 min. Gehze

Unglaublich - Einzigartig - Wunderbar

Die Berghütte ist total liebevoll hergerichtet mit tausend Details! Die Gastgeberin ist einfach toll, lieb und zuvorkommend! Ganz ehrlich: besser geht es einfach nicht mehr! Wir hatten unglaublich viel Pech, was das Wetter angeht. Wir haben die mit grauseligsten Tage im August erwischt, aber zum Glück haben wir uns in der Hütte total wohl gefühlt und sogar für unsere Kids (6 und 8 Jahre alt) war so viel vorhanden in der Hütte, dass es nie langweilig für Sie wurde! Liebe Petra: Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles! Die Hütte und du bist einfach toll!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben den einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Hütte sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit grandioser Sicht ins Tal. Alles war perfekt, wie beschrieben. Sauber! Warmwasser über Holzofen kein Problem, Gasherd zum Kochen ideal. Kühlung von frischen Waren im kalten Bergwasser für 1 Woche kein Problem! Jederzeit wieder! Danke!!!

Sommerurlaub

Wer die Ruhe und eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge sucht ist hier genau richtig.Ohne Stom sind die Möglichkeiten am Abend überschaubar, das weis man aber wenn man die Beschreibung gelesen hat.Mit kleineren Kindern kann es bei schlechterem Wetter auch Probleme geben. Es sind viele Spiele vorhanden aber der Platz ist ja doch begrenzt. Man muss auch wissen das die Anfahrt etwa 4 km unbefestigte Straße ist und außer den Kühen die hinter jeder Biegung stehen können fliegen auch mal ein paar Steine an den Unterboden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und sie hat sich um alles gekümmert. Auf diesem Wege noch einmal vielen Dank.

Beautiful, remote getaway

This is an amazing hut situated about halfway up the Kelschau - Lodron hike. We hiked up to the Lodron peak one day and down into Kelschau the other. Views are great and the hit is charming - would recommend! Thanks Petra and Julia for your hospitality.
