Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)
My husband and I and his brother and wife bought this property in the 90's. From the timber that had to be removed for the road and housesite, they sawed all the lumber to build the cabin. We even had the hardwood floors and cabinets made from the lumber the boys sawed at our sawmill! We love to have guests enjoy the "fruit of our labors" here in our beautiful mountains!
Why Owner chose Candler
There are so many beautiful cabins in our area for you to enjoy, but we invite you to give us a try! We all grew up in the beautiful mountains of WNC and wanted a place for others to get to experience a little bit of what we are blessed to enjoy every day!

Cozy and Comfortable
It's a cozy and comfortable cabin, very private and quiet, with a nice covered outdoor porch to enjoy the outdoor air. Inside is spacious and well-lit and clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and you'll find many basics you might forget in the pantry, and there's an Ingle's supermarket not far away for your food provisions. Downtown Asheville isn't far away.
Had no problems with cell service and there's Wifi - but there were only 3 or 4 television channels - if you want to watch tv at night, bring DVD's or a streaming device.
(my GPS left me 500 feet short of the cabin, at some other house - drive all the way to the top of the hill, turn right at the pumphouse, and there it is.)

This was the best property we have rented through here so far! You feel right at home from start!
This property is fantastic...even works for a large family! You spend quality time together playing games, talking, etc. Much better than a hotel! We were there for a softball tournament and wouldnt have changed a thing about our visit! Mitzi was fantastic to work with and has everything you will possibly need there waiting for you! We will definitely be back!
