The house is recently constructed, and stands in its own walled gardens, with lawns and patio. There is a beautiful large private swimming pool and outdoor barbecue. The house is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV fully fitted kitchen include dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave and all cooking utensils and crockery.
Bedlinen and towels are provided. the house is ideal for families and groups and is pet friendly.
On a dead end street, easy parking, and the gardens and grounds are lit and totally secure.

Winter sun

Very easy straightforward no problems. Monique is one of the world's kindest people. we could do with some more of her around. she is very friendly and easy to get on with and very knowledgeable of the local area property is large with front garden and rear garden larg wall for security and privacy and a large pool for those long summer days

Fantastic Holiday. Fantastic hosts

We had an amazing holiday at Chiclana. The villa is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. The pool and outside space is fantastic and is where we spent most of our time. Our kids loved the pool. It is a great size and deep enough to dive in! Monique and Guus are fantastic hosts. Very welcoming, really friendly and easy to chat too. They responded immediately to any questions and made us feel at home. They also made the kids a little knitted teddy each to take home. We will definately look at booking again soon. We loved it! To next year

Hello Monique and Guus, Spending our holiday time with you both was wonderful experiance. My son and I liked the guest house and had enough space for everything. The beautiful location and the surrounding area amazed us. Specialy our visit at the beach, Cadiz and Jerrez. The well kept house gived us a pleasant stay. We spend many hours at the poolside. Floating in the pool or swimming maked our holiday compleet this all together with the lovely spanish sunshines. Restaurant "Casa Blas" was a good advice. It really is a great place to have a tasteful dinner!! We are looking forward to next year, we will be back to see you!! Loves from Drea and Yannick

super vakantie, heerlijk relaxed

Heerlijke accomodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, op een heerlijke plek. Monique en Guus zijn super gastvrij. Hadden al een paar boodschapjes gehaald, en wat avondeten verzorgt na onze lange auto rit van 2 dagen. Veel privacy en als er wat was drukte je gewoon op de bel. Leuke wandeling gemaakt met de eigenaren. Zeker de moeite waard om nog een keer te gaan voor een heerlijke relaxde vakantie, maar dan met het vliegtuig

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kibder und ein Kleinkind, hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage im Haus von Moni und Gus. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir konnten nichts beanstanden. Der wunderschöne, große Pool wurde von morgends bis abends genutzt und unsere Kinder hatten eine Menge Spaß. Der große Grill im Poolbereich kam ebenso fast jeden Tag zum Einsatz. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub mit sehr sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern!!! Gerne wieder!!!
