This ground floor apartment is modern, spacious and beautifully furnished with private garden, just a few strides from the nearest pool. Set within an exclusive gated community in the sought-after Santa Ponca area. Fully air-conditioned / central heated. 6 outdoor tropical pools including child-friendly shallow 'walk-in' pools. There is also a 25 metre indoor pool, thus making it a truly all year round location. Set in a peaceful, friendly environment sandwiched between a conservation area and one of the many local golf courses. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport and within easy reach of many wonderful places, from the cosmopolitan capital city of Palma to the beautiful port of Andratx - and now with a fabulous new marina only half a mile away.

Golf Trips: The location of the apartment and the local climate make this an ideal location for golf trips right through the year (rather hot mid-summer). There are nearly 20 golf courses on the island - most of which are excellent and many of which are within easy reach from the apartment.

Travel: It is possible to visit the apartment without the use of a car but it is strongly recommended that you hire one. The roads are generally excellent and the signage is clear.

There is an excellent taxi service operating from Santa Ponca - if you wish to access this from the apartment you simply call when you are ready and the taxi is normally waiting for you at the entry gates by the time you walk there. Fares are reasonable and the cars are in good condition.

There is also a good bus service from Santa Ponca - including a service to Palma is you want to visit without the hassle of parking or navigating the busy city.

There is an excellent cycle path running from Adriano (3 mins by bike) which runs for many miles - this path is very wide, separate from the road, well-lit and manicured and used by cyclists and walkers/ joggers alike.

We have stayed in this wonderful apartment, it wasn't far from the airport and easy to find, we loved the apartment it was spacious, clean, well maintained and the air con was very quiet, a real home from home. Our 3 children loved the pools, just a few steps from the private garden perfect for sunbathing. They also used the table tennis facilities every day!! We hired a car to explore the surrounding area/restaurants/marinas and then came back to watch a family film/DVD. I would recommend this apartment and already have to my friends. We already plan on returning next year!!

Total luxury - loved it!!!

What a fantastic apartment set amongst beautiful gardens with a choice of swimming pools. I am not a golfer and went with friends mainly to relax, which thanks to the gorgeous surroundings and mattresses on the sunbeds we definitely did. We had an absolutely amazing time and didn't want to come home, especially as the kitchen was better equipped than my own and the beds were more comfortable than mine too!!! The apartment surpassed all our expectations - everywhere was immaculate, very tastefully decorated and it just exudes quality, luxury and comfort. We didn't have a car but it was not a problem as we walked to the local supermarket for groceries. There are also bars and restaurants within walking distance in El Toro and Port Adriano, although we taxi'd back as it was only 4 or 5 euros. We ventured on the bus to Santa Ponsa one day, which was very easy and had a meal overlooking the beach which was just stunning! I just can't put it into words how excellent this place is. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and provided excellent instructions, information and tips about places to go! I wish I could award more than 5stars!!

Great apartment!

We had a great time in Majorca over Easter, partly thanks to this great apartment! It's spacious, very-well equiped and pleasant to live in. The outdoor space is a great plus: the garden is quiet, very well maintained and leads directly to the swimming-pools. There are lounge chairs for the garden and a BBQ, so you can really make the most of it. It's ideal for families and friends!

The weather was very nice but not warm enough, so we mainly used the indoor swimming-pool, also well maintained and heated.

The apartement is well located with a nice beach and supermarket within 5 minutes drive, and the motorway to access the rest of the Island too.

Excellent apartment - October 2009

We (six middle aged golfers) stayed in this apartment in Oct09, it was excellent - the photos don't really do it justice, it was exactly what we required.

The bedrooms are large and airy, living room is a very good size, kitchen and utility are well equipped, very useful to have use of the underground garage. The complex was very quiet and the pools (directly ajoining the large private garden) were virtally our own.

The apartment is set in a secure complex c. 45 minutes walk outside Sanat Ponsa, but it is close to Port Adriano which has a supermarket, a pleasant beach, marina and several restaruants. Overall, I'd recommend car hire (as do the owners).

The owners were very helpful and supplied comprehensive instructions and directions and speedily resolved the only minor issue we had.

Overall the apartment and service was excellent - if only my golf matched it!

perfect for golfers and families with children

very nice apartment , good location , clean and complete ,perfect service from owner , great for golfers ,many courses at 15 minutes drive , lots of restaurants , close to beaches .

Normally pictures and discription promise a lot and reality is disappointing , this time it was the opposite .

Majorca is a truly beautiful island with beaches to mountains, caves to coves. Santa Ponca is one of the most sought after areas and is within easy reach of the city of Palma. El Toro is a short walk away (2 mins by car) with numerous bars and restaurants. Port Adriano boasts a quiet sandy beach, calm sea and a newly developed marina with an increasing range of restaurants & bars. The town of Santa Ponca is less than 5 minutes by car and has a massive beach with all the facilities you would expect. The nearby port of Andratx is as beautiful as it is traditional, contrasting the local port of Portals with a myriad of luxury boats in a swanky marina - excellent for people watching! The property is approached through electronic gates with security guard on site, giving a safe, secure environment. There is underground parking and also communal parking at the front of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor and boasts its own private garden with hedges on both sides for privacy and easy access to the swimming pools, some which can be viewed from the garden/terrace (ideal for watching kids). The garden enjoys sunlight nearly all day. There are 8 sun loungers including cushions, 2 garden chairs with cushions and a further 2 reclining chairs.
