Off the beaten track in the open, on the south side at the foot of the nature reserve Montgo, 3 km from Javea and 8 km from the coast to the Arenal beach is on a finca grounds of approx 4000 m², heavenly created, the detached bungalow, 85 m², for 4 persons (max. 6 persons with extra charge), wheelchair accessible. The corresponding approx 600 m², romantic garden with secluded seating and berths, has been completed and therefore children are well cared for and well suited for dogs. On the spacious grounds there is also the main house, Finca, which is occupied by the owner. In the Finca is a comfortable 3-bedroom apartment with 70 square meters, up to 4 people (max. 6 persons surcharge) rented. The apartment house has a private entrance, a cozy terrace u. A closed garden compartment. A large pool is available to all, as well as the large, beautifully landscaped garden with sculptures, pond, well u. Beds and invite you to relax. In about 6 - 8 km there are two golf courses.

JAVEA is located on the south side of the almost 800-meter Montgo, protected from the wind and enjoys a unique micro climate with over 300 days of sunshine, which is recognized by UNESCO as one of the best climates in general. Javea itself has a beautiful historic, medieval old town with a fortified church from the 15th century. C., A fishing port and marina and tourist center Arenal with many bars and restaurants. Javea has a long sandy beach (Arenal) and cliffs with enchanting picturesque coves and beaches. Ideal for swimming, diving and sailing. The long sandy beaches of Denia is about 10 km. The swimming season is from May to October For cycling, mountain biking and hiking October to April is the best time of year. The area offers a wide range of leisure activities for everyone including tennis, amusement parks, go-kart tracks. For golf lovers there are several attractive golf courses, the nearest is about 4 km away.

Sehr gepflegtes, ruhig gelegenes Chalet mit wunderschönem Garten, in dem wir entspannte Ferientage verbringen durften. Die nette, hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeber trug wesentlich zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei.

Was uns noch besonders gefiel war, daß unsere beiden Hunde nicht nur geduldet, sondern willkommen waren.

Erholung pur!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Chalet mit paradiesischem Garten und klasse Ausblick auf den wunderschönen Montgo. Dazu gibt es herzliche Gastfreundschaft und super Betreuung (ohne Aufdringlichkeit) durch die Vermieter. Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Ein paar Kilometer entfernt liegt das wunderschöne Javea mit toller Altstadt und schönem Sand- und schönem Kiesstrand, für jeden wie er mag. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
