This ground floor apartment offers 2 large bedrooms and has probably one of the best locations within this luxury complex: the apartment is overlooking the main community pool and the open sea behind. The viewa are just gorgeous! The spacious living room offers a large lounge area infront of the chimney. On the other side is the marble dining table with 4 chairs. From living room you have direct acces to the covered spacious terrace, furnished with outside garden table and lounge furniture to enjoy the views. On the private garden infront are also 2 private sunloungers. From here you have direct access to the pool. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer built-in walldrobes as well an en-suite-bath. The fully equipped wooden kitchen offers also a small breakfast table. The apartment has been furnished very tastefully trhoughout with numerious decorations and would make the perfect family home for anyone looking for an unique destination. Air conditioning and underground parking space!

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Wonderful luxury apartment in Bahia de Casares

A great apartment for a quiet family break. Lovely gardens and pools, very secluded and secure, despite the excellent beachfront location. The apartment is in great condition, really well furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of space inside and out. We'll be back!

Die Wohnung und die Lage der Wohnung war wunderschön. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Wir wurden vom Vermieter im vorwege sehr gut betreut. Es gab Tipps für Restaurants , Ausflüge und vieles mehr. Perfekt. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir vom Hausverwalter empfangen hat alles gut geklappt. Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und sie auch meinen Freunden empfehlen.

Excellente Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick von der Terrasse über die Poollandschaft ins Meer und die afrikanische Küste. Ungewohnt gute Polstermöbel im Wohnbereich, gute Betten und sehr schöne Bäder mit Dusche, Wanne und Bidet. Alles sehr sauber. Restaurants und notwendige Geschäfte in günstiger Nähe. Guter Kontakt zum Hausverwalter und Vermieter, problemlose Übergabe bei An- uns Abreise. Wir würden die Wohnung gerne wieder nehmen bzw. weiterempfehlen.
