Exactly as stated. Outstanding communication and support. Responsive to the few minor issues we had, and exceedingly helpful with local guidance and activities. Perfect for what we needed.
Great holiday house - beautiful city
Very nice and helpful local hosts. The owner (Ben) is extremely friendly.
A great house in a quiet area with lots of dining opportunities.
Prague is very beautiful and offers even more than we expected for all ages in the family.
Conifer cottage is a lovely house set back from the road, there is a bbq area and small garden that can be enjoyed. The area is very quiet and relaxed with a bar opposite to enjoy a few drinks in the evening. Prague Centre is about 20 minutes away by taxi, but there are restaurants within walking distance of the house that are just as good as the centre.

We stayed in Idyllic Prague with a group of 30 people. Although we had to split up between the two cottages, this was not a problem. They are on a few minutes walking distance from each other. All necessities were provided, the house was clean and the showers and beds were good. I'm very pleased about the contact on beforehand. Ben answered all my questions with very polite and quick responses and helped very kindly with arranging the booking and the arrival. We were welcomed by a really kind woman. We've walked trough both houses and checked a checklist. She was available to help us during the week if necessary and she was also very kind at the time of departure. Overall a very good service and everything necessary for a pleasant stay!
What we enjoyed the most was the garden, the surrounding nature and cycling paths and the perfect bus connection to Prague, lovely city!
The three Cottages are situated 20 minutes NW of Prague City and 15 minutes NE of Prague Airport in a village called Černý Vůl. (‘Černý Vůl' means 'black bullock' which refers to Neolithic ceramics found here) An excellent bus service runs regularly into Prague and low cost taxis are easily available. 13 minutes on frequent buses 316 and 356 take you to Bořislavka Metro "A" Line Underground Train service from where the 2nd stop on the metro is Prague Castle, the 3rd stop is Charles Bridge, the 4th stop is Prague Old Town Square, the 5th stop is Wenceslas Square and the 6th stop is the National Museum.
Černý Vůl is not yet big enough to be officially classed as a village. It has a delightfully relaxed atmosphere; the pub restaurant which is immediately across the bicycle track from Conifer Cottage is often the centre of village life. Folk music evenings of lively catchy traditional local music played by a dozen musicians on violins and acoustic, electric, bass and steel guitars should not be missed.
Directly in front of Conifer Cottage is Cycle Track 8100. Cycle Track 8100 follows streams and fish lakes through the forest of 'Tichy Udoli' (Silent Valley) National Park to an intriguing zip-wire ferry built to take cyclists and ramblers across the river Vltava and hence on to further countryside or Prague City. In the opposite direction the cycle track leads to the picturesque Okoř castle.
