The frontline beach penthouse La Perla de Marakech 10 is a real oasis where you can relax and chill-out. The property is located just infront of 2 pools and offers panoramical views over the gardens and the opne sea till the Rock in Gibraltar and Morocco behind. On the lower level you will find the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen with utility room, the main covered terrace and 2 bedrooms, both with built-in walldrobes and en-suite bath with underfloor heating. The large living room offers comfortable lounge area with fireplace with direct access to the main large covered terrace with dining table and BBQ. Steps in the living room are leading to the upper floor with the master bedroom and the spacious roof terrace with 2 sun loungers. Enjoy panoramic seaviews with sun till late at night as south west orientatted. There are 4 community pools (2 heated) and a beachbar on the side for perfect holidays. need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. The property is located on the 2.floor with access by lift and offers lots of space and panoramic views over the Mediterrian Sea till Gibraltar, 2 pools and beach. On lower level you will find the spacious living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace, large covered terrace with outside dining area and separate lounge area. There also 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen with utility room. On upper level there is the master suite with en-suite bathroom and the large open roofed terrace. Perfect appartment

In the summer of 2012 we stayed here with two adults and 4 children (from 7-17). For everyone a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Appartment was very clean as well as the pools. Sandy beach with two day's with jelly fish. Estepona nearby, a car is necessaire. Enjoyed it a lot! Thank you for having us.

Super Wohnung in toller Anlage

Wohnung u Anlage lassen keine Wünsche offen.Die Internetbeschreibung stimmt in fast allen Dingen.Das einzige,welches wir nicht vorgefunden haben,war der Tennisplatz.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es viele in der Nähe u sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.Es hat viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe,auch die,die vom Vermieter empfohlen werden,sind schön u gut.Der Verwalter ist nett u immer erreichbar gewesen.Wir hatten schöne,erholsame Ferien u können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und guter Lage

Zunächst einmal ein besonderes Lob an die Abwicklung über den Vermieter. Man wird mit allen nötigen und darüber hinaus auch vielen hilfreichen Zusatzinformationen versorgt! Der sehr freundliche Hausverwalter empfing uns zur Schlüsselübergabe und erklärte uns alles wissenswerte zur Wohnung und zur Anlage.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt und bot alles was man braucht. Alles ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick auf den Balkonen ist klasse! Das Essen mit Blick auf's Meer haben wir sehr genossen.

Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten diverse Supermärkte (darunter auch Lidl und Aldi). Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ist ein kleiner Tankstellenshop für den Fall dass man spät Abends noch etwas besorgen muss. In der Nähe der Anlage sind zwei Restaurants die wir allerdings nicht besucht haben. Ein paar Kilometer weiter liegt Estepona, dort hat man reichlich (!) Auswahl an Restaurants. Bei der Auswahl sollte man ggf. vorher im Internet nach Bewertungen suchen - so wäre uns der Besuch bei "Vitin" erspart geblieben.

In ein bis zwei Autostunden Entfernung findet man sehr viele Freizeitangebote. Wir haben u.a. eine Tour nach Ronda gemacht. Die fahrt dauert etwa eine Stunde und lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das nahe gelegene Gibraltar ist auch einen Besuch wert.

Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen !

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester in dieser schönen Wohnung und konnten bei einigen Sonnenstrahlen auch die Dachterrasse genießen.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer/Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto auch gut zu erreichen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie auf der Homepage beschrieben und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage und wird sicher nicht der letzte gewesen sein.

Überwintern an der Costa del Sol

wir haben bereits zum dritten mal in dieser Anlage-allerdings jedesmal in einem anderen Apartement-für mehrere Wochen überwintert.Das Penthaus Marakech 10

hat eine süd-westliche Ausrichtung,was besonders im Winter ab Mittags die Sonne auf der Loggia einfägt.Auf dem oberen Balkon wird man bereits früher von der Sonne bis zu deren Untergang verwöhnt.Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten und komplett ausgestattet.Alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand-wie auch die Anlage in der sich dieses Wohnung befindet sehr gepflegt ist.Besonders haben wir den täglichen Ausblick auf den Felsen von Gibraltar und die afrikanische Küste genossen.Man kann-je nach Geschmack-Golf spielen,lange Spaziergänge an der Küste entlang unternehmen oder Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung ,wie nach Casares-ein wunderschönes weisses Dorf-nach Estepona eine lebendige Kleinstadt mit schöner Gastronomie oder natürlich auch nach Marbella,Gibraltar( Ausweise nicht vergessen),Tarifa,Ronda etc. machen.Für Liebhaber von Grossstädten bietet sich Malaga mit einer lebendigen Museenlandschaft ( zB. Picasso ) an.Natürlich sind auch weitere sehr interessante Ziele erreichbar wie Cordoba,Granada,Sevilla,Cadiz,Jaen etc.Allerdings bieten sie sich für Mehrtagesausflüge an,da die Entfernung 200 km und mehr beträgt.Ein Fahrzeug ist auf jeden Fall notwendig.

Ab Anfang März bis Ende März öffnen die Gastronomiebetriebe in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Anlage in denen man gut frischen Fisch essen kann.In ca. 2 km Entfenung in Sabinillas gibt es ein grösseres Gastronomieangebot.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend für jeden Geschmack vorhanden.

Die Beschreibungen ,die die Gäste vor der Anreise erhalten sind sehr vollständig-man kann kaum noch etwas ergänzen.

Dieses Domizil können wir nur weiterempfehlen-wie man auch daran erkennt,dass wir bereits den driiten Winter in dieser Anlage verbracht haben und beabsichtigen auch in den nächsten Jahren wieder zu kommen
