Fantastic ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment in one of the best developments in Puerto Banus which has 24 hour security. The property has been built to the highest standard with hot and cold air conditioning throughout the apartment. It is situated on the ground floor allowing easy access to the magnificent gardens, spectacular pool, gym and sauna. The kitchen is high specification with granite worktops, Siemens appliances, touch top hob. It has loads of storage space and all the necessary equipment for cooking at home or entertaining guests. The apartment has been tastefully furnished by a top interior designer (Ambience Home Design) with leather sofas, a large living and dining area with fireplace, 42' plasma TV with full UK channels, DVD player, music system and Wi fi. The lounge area is much larger than the photos suggest. The indoor dining area is also large and the whole of the living area is modern, comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The fireplace is very welcome in the winter months and together with the heated air conditioning keeps the apartment warm and cosy. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with patio doors that open onto its own terrace with sun loungers. There is plenty of wardrobe space with drawers and hanging area. The second bedroom has a third bed (full size single bed) that fits underneath one of the singles when stored. This still provides ample room to move between the beds and wardrobes. The living room doors open onto a spacious terrace with dining table and reclining chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. The large dining table has a lazy Susan centre and there is nothing more enjoyable than eating all meals on the terrace with your family and friends overlooking the beautiful gardens.

The garden area offers privacy unlike many other apartments. The gardens surrounding our apartment are magnificent with enormous palms and other tropical plants. Our apartment has two full and luxurious bathrooms as well as a third toilet which is spacious enough to be used as a dressing room (especially useful for families with boys and girls)

Luxury 5 star complex: La Alzambra, only a few minutes drive to Marbella town centre and walking distance to the port and Puerto Banus's beautiful beaches.

This gated community offers 24 hour security, well maintained tropical landscaped gardens with direct access to a large swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and sauna.

If you want to stay in a high class luxurious resort near to all the wonderful attractions of Puerto Banus, then La Alzambra is the place for you. It is family friendly, but still remains peaceful and secluded.

It is like an upmarket village with great facilities on your doorstep.

Mr Moores - the pictures on the internet do not do your apartment justice

I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to totally relax but have

restaurants close at hand. the space and quality of fittings was exceptional. I used the pool every

day and only bumped into one other person.

Mrs McCarthy - we had a fab stay at your aptmt, you were right the fotos don't do it justice.

Won't hesitate to recommend it to others. Thanks for the late checkout - really appreciated it.

Fantastic

Really great value for money the property was huge and the pics did not do this property justice at all. I went away with my partner for a short break and it was perfect. Big thank you to the property manager Pipa for being so professional at all times and making our stay so easy and straight forward.

Great location, lovely development

La Alzambra is a beautiful development in a great location - walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious with good facilities. We had a fabulous week and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Best time, great apartment

We had a great time for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend. A friend and myself went for a bit of R&R and golf. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved the outside table and chair area, very nice for a bit of alfresco. Location was very good, it was close enough to the port and nightlife but far enough away to get a bit of peace. It’s give or take 10 min walk to the port and beach. The surrounding grounds were lovely and well kept. It was very quiet and peaceful when we were there had the whole pool area to ourselves. Loved the pool area too. There is nothing bad I could actually say and was one of the best apartments I have stayed in. I would certainly book again. Last mention to the owners who were very pleasant, helpful and responsive. Thank you.

Outstanding

Quite simply "Breathtaking" to say the apatment is large would be a massive understatement, it is huge!

Situated in beutifull sub-tropical gardens, the apartment is immaculately furnished and spotlessly clean, everything needed(and more) was at hand. The attention to detail was very impressive. The admin process in booking the apartment was simple and was completed without a hitch.

Definitely a "must not miss" place to visit, i will certainly be returning very soon.

Fabulous Apartment

We spent five fantastic days in the apartment and we had friends staying in other apartments in the complex and I would say we definitely 'lucked out'! The apartment was clean, very well equipped and much larger than we had anticipated.

All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would certainly recommend it.

fantastic apartment

What a fab holiday we have just had at La Alzambra. We loved the apartment and it was spotlessly clean. The pool was never busy and a pleasure to sit there. Sophie(14) and Keri(9) had a ball and loved frog spotting in the pond!! We particularly loved the tropical garden outside the apartment. It was so peaceful.

Try Trader Vics Restaurant across the main road over the footbridge, superb food, service and a lovely setting.

We would not hesitate to highly recommend this apartment and Phillipa was extremely helpful with booking etc.

Puerto Banus is a world renowned resort for people who love the finer things in life. It has a magnificent marina, sandy beaches, many 5* hotels, a high standard of restaurants and designer shopping. Many celebrities have homes in the Marbella area and they are regularly spotted in and around Puerto Banus.

Marbella is about 2 miles East of Puerto Banus and is also well known for its beaches, modern, luxurious hotels and high class shops. It also has a pretty old town with narrow cobbled streets and a lovely square filled with orange trees. It is a short drive into the mountains to see Ronda a whitewashed village with the oldest bullring in Spain. You can visit Gibraltar for an easy day trip. Malaga itself is an often overlooked town with its own attractions. Many people are drawn to this region by the climate (320 sunny days out of 365 on average) and the cosmopolitan mix of people. There is also a wide choice of sports facilities especially golf and tennis.
