The apartment is situated back and up from a main road, it is on a beautiful calm private residence, in the direction towards Golf Juan.
This luxury apartment has 50m2 sun terrace,outside lounge furniture, flowers, spot lights, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ and sun loungers. TV, DVD, HI FI, washing machine, dishwasher and all modern kitchen appliances
Sea views everywhere from all the rooms !
I also like to say that it is a pleasure to rent from owners having a good system wrt rental terms (including timely return of deposit amount etc.)
Again we would like to say we had a very pleasent stay in your apartment and this contributed to a nice holiday in Cannes. Maybe we take the trip back one day!

Casa Dade is a beautifully maintained home, with a lovely deck and view of the sea. It is about a 40" walk to downtown Cannes--a great morning walk; otherwise, there is a bus stop close by. Unless you are already familiar with the area, we recommend picking up any necessities/groceries (i.e. dish soap, sponge, paper towels, coffee) prior to your arrival. Overall, a wonderful home! This mid-terraced house is in a great elevated location (lots of steps) with fantastic views from every room. The bedrooms have doors leading to a balcony with a table and chairs. The patio area is large and the photographs does it justice. We would stay here again.
The only downsides are that their are too many of the owners personal items using storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms. We found the sound of the traffic and early morning trains quite annoying. The house would benefit by having mosquito nets fitted as the ajoining houses have. The TV only has one English speaking channel (BBC world news).Take DVDs.
The owners have a car parked in the allocated space. We had two cars but luckily The neighbours (they are great) let us use their of spaces. Overall we had a great (ten day) holiday in a nice house with fantastic views in a great location.
My friend and I stayed here: location is perfect. Amazing sunsets every night. Easy access to the Martinez --Croisette- in just minutes drive.. Large terrace is super confortable. Sea views are gorgeous. Very clean with every amenity you will need. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic view over the Mediterranean, appartment well represented on photos shown in the description. Good pedestrian road/pavement to city center (ca 2 km walk). Very accommodating landlord - showed great flexibility for our odd arrival and departure times. Can definitely recommend, we would rent this property again.
Our apartment is a convenient location it is only minutes in either direction from beaches and restaurants.
Only 5 minutes in the car takes you to the center of Cannes or Croisette Beaches.
Also next to the town of Golf Juan and then further on to the famous Juan Les Pines and Cap d' Antibes.
Handy Bus station downstair the Property either directions
A walk of about 10 minutes takes you to the markets.
There are daily markets in Cannes and a weekly market in Golf Juan and Anibes for your leisure with many bargains to be snapped up on your holidays.
