The Villa Son Oliver is located on the edge of the village of Sineu offers all comforts. The house has a completely equipped kitchen with a dining space, living room with SAT-TV, flat screen TV and free internet access via w-lan. There are 3 bedrooms, there is also a sofa bed in the gallery above the living room. The house has sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. The pool has a small waterfall and wood terrace and invites you to relax in the sun - with a stunning view of the landscape. Since multiple terraces surround the house, you will always find a sunny or shaded place. Due to the ideal location on the edge of the city, all shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached on foot, a bakery is located across the street. You can comfortably park your car on the property with an automatic entrance gate. A place to feel comfortable as a central starting point for your holiday.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. You have the possibility, if necessary, for 10,00 euro / night, to book.

Okay property but dreadful customer service from agents

We had been given directions to the property and two contact telephone numbers to call when we were leaving the airport. This we duly did, again and again and again - all the way to Sineau but got no response from either number. We tried emailing too but again no response. However, I had been asked to provide our flight details and mobile number so we thought someone would call us when they didn't hear from us but no, they didn't. We arrived at the property at 1am to find all in darkness and obviously nobody about at that time of the morning but continued to call both numbers. After some 30 minutes we were getting desperate and had no idea what to do next. Eventually, the owner turned up. She was apologetic but had very little English so we didn't get very far with what had gone wrong at that time. There followed various conversations and emails related to the agents poor communication about this, the air conditioning and the company's general poor standard of customer service - most are still to be resolved. The description of the property on the Homeaway site contains some inaccuracies: check out is at 10am not 11am; the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor turned out to be one upstairs and two down and the additional cost for air conditioning, is not mentioned. The inside of the property is rather old-fashioned but clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of glassware, saucepans etc. The upstairs bedroom on the mezzanine has a glassed in area, which is above the lounge. This means that any lights on below, in the lounge, hall or kitchen, shine directly into the bedroom. The hanging space is minimal and there is nowhere to hang anything longer than a top so some hooks would be beneficial. Outside the property is very nice indeed: well furnished, plenty of sun beds and a beautiful pool. We enjoyed this area very much and the children had great fun with the 'floaties' that were there. There is a choice of nice outside dining areas, and the owner had provided several thoughtful touches such as candles, a good welcome pack and a huge basket of fruit. We found Sineau to be a good location as it was easy to drive to other parts of the island. There is a well-stocked supermarket a few streets away and several restaurants within walking distance. The market held on a Wednesday is very good and well worth a visit. Overall, a property with many good points, in a nice location, just a pity about our awful experience with the agents

No doubt, that this clients review obviously has been quite influenced by this unfortunate circunstance and so a neutral review is not given in this case. In the following the client did not have to pay for the aircon. Please check the other reviews of this wonderful property and of the good standard of the agency service.

Fantastic villa with a very warm welcome. We would fully recommend the Villa as its location is excellent to the local amenities within Sineu and the villa itself is very well maintained, comfortable and clean. We would definitely return in the future.

Sehr schönes Haus

Waren zwei Wochen in diesem wirklich wirklich sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus. Das Haus bietet an Ausstattung wirklich alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, sogar ein Weber Grill ist vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch die deutschsprachige Agentur ist vorbildlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Problemen (die wir nicht hatte). Der Pool und der gesamte Garten wurde regelmäßig durch den sehr freundlichen Eigentümer kontrolliert und das Haus während unseres Aufenthaltes durch eine Reinigungskraft auch geputzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Son Oliver. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Terrasse und der Pool mit Aussicht. Auch super war, dass man die Fenster von der Küche komplett aufklappen kann und man so fast draussen kocht.

Die Villa liegt zentral und wir sind immer zu Fuss in den Ortskern.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer, der uns durch seine spontane Hilfe eine Nacht auf dem Flughafen erspart hat :-)

Das Haus ist einfach herrlich. Die Terrasse und der Pool laden zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Die Begrüßung durch die Eigentümerin war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns durch das Haus geführt und uns vieles erklärt. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir für nächstes Jahr direkt wieder gebucht haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Immobilien Sineu. Sineu is located in the geographic centre of Mallorca and is thus the ideal starting point for people who want to discover the entire island. The village offers a variety of restaurants and bars with local and international cuisine, cultural attractions, countless shopping facilities, a bicycle racing track and an outdoor pool with tennis facilities and a 24-hour hospital and a night gas station. One of the largest and most beautiful weekly markets on the island occurs here every Wednesday. The nearest beach in the Bay of Alcudia is only 20 minutes away by car, Palma can be reached in 30 minutes. However, you can also leave your car at home and take the train from Sineu to Palma, Inca, Manacor or Soller.
