This completely renovated and well equipped apartment 205 is located in one of the most exclusive positions in Nerja, on the cliff top just 150 meters from Balcón de Europa. There is a communal swimming pool, opened all year round and available exclusively to owners and guests. Parking area in front of building with locked gate (key in apartment). No specific allocated parking slot.

From the balcony you have a view to the palm garden and mountain Cielo, which means heaven. The apartment offers what you need for a relaxing holiday, satellite TV with English programs (BBC, ITV, etc.) and broadband for Internet access, dish washer, washing machine and other amenities.

Why Erica Koelln-Oxford chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

We loved Nerja from the beginning. The place has a lot of flair and offers many possibilities to enjoy good cuisine in a Spanish environment, which welcomes guests from different countries. The location of the apartment is very convenient, in fact you won't need a car while staying in Nerja. From the roof terrace you have a stunning view over the city, the sea and mountains. The closest beaches are Torrecilla and Playa del Salón.

What makes this condo unique

As the road 'Calle Málaga' is a dead end the area is quiet and when you leave the building there are lots of shops, Bakeries, Restaurants and Paper shops. In 5 minutes you are in the centre of town at the Balcón de Europa.

Schöner Urlaub

Mit ein bisschen Verspätung sagen wir Erica hiermit noch einmal vielen Dank.

Nettes Appartement, groß genug für 2 Personen und sehr sehr nah zum Ortskern gelegen und auch nicht weit zum Strand.

Prima war es auch eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus zu haben.

Lovely apartment in beautiful quiet setting

This apartment is very well equipped and as a lovely surprise has just had air conditioning installed! Very clean, and Erica and Terry made sure everything was in order. Great location, quiet, but near everything. Lovely pool, and beaches are great and not too crowded.

this was our second visit to Erica + Terry apartment , 10 weeks hol each time, perfect location to explore NERJA, easy walk to supermarket , shops and restaurants , easy walk for bus station to explore further afield , after the day is over you can relax and watch ENGLISH TV or pop round the corner to THE KOMBARDA CAFE, at the end of the day you have a lovely big bed to fall into ! We have enjoyed NERJA and the APARTMENT and we will be returning,

This was our 2nd visit to this apartment and both visits were for 10 weeks, the apartment is perfect for all amenities in NERJA you can spend your days relaxing or exploring and then come back to this apartment to relax with ENGLISH tv or pop out to the local pub round the corner ( cafe KOMBARDA ) we will be back

Great location

A comfortable and clean apartment with everything that we needed including a most comfortable bed. Well situated for all shops, restaurants and beaches and close to the Balcon de Europa.Nice garden and swimming pool, Would recommend this apartment to friends and family if they were to visit Nerja.

Acapulco Playa 205 is situated in Calle Malaga 7, which is a dead end road and consequently very quiet. On foot you reach the Balcón de Europa in 10 minutes and heading toward the beach is the Playa Torrecilla wit its many 'chirringuitos' where you can enjoy all kinds of seafood. Opposite the apartment you find a Laos-Thailand restaurant, known for good cuisine and the Restaurant Petit Paris (french). On the way to the Balcón you will find the mexican restaurant Cielito Lindo.
