About this property

The apartment is located in the Bavarian Forest in the Adalbert Stifter holiday village in the climatic health resort Hauzenberg Raßreuth, has 60 square meters and has a separate entrance. It is completely and comfortably furnished.
The living room has a cozy seating area, and a dining area with corner bench. Stereo system (CD radio cassette), satellite TV, DVD player.
Fitted kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, espresso / coffee machine, microwave with grill, toaster, etc.
Sleeps up to 6 people, maximum 4 adults. A bedroom with 2 beds, 2 fold-away beds (double bed) in the living room and a small chamber with bunk beds (2 people / children).
There is also a large bathroom with a shower.
South terrace with furniture (seasonal), grill and unobstructed view of the beautiful landscape.
In the holiday village, our sauna and indoor pool are available to our guests free of charge. Seasonal heated outdoor pool.

Wunschlos glücklich

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super und sie hat alle Anforderungen erfüllt und teils übererfüllt. Der Check-In fand kontaktlos statt, was ich positiv bewerte. Allerdings war es schwer jemanden persönlich zu erreichen, da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist. Daher auch ein Stern Abzug. Wir können einen Urlaub in dieser Ferienanlage sehr empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

Alles in Ordnung

Die Fewo war in Ordnung. Für meine 88 jährliche Mutter war die Lage nicht optimal, da man weiter weg parken musste. Ansonsten alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Betten im Schlafzimmer müssten erneuert werden, da sie so quirtschen, dass man sich nicht drehen kann. Einziges Manko.

Ferien mit Ausblick

Der Ferienpark liegt landschaftlich sehr schön, die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand des Parks und ist dadurch auch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Hausenberg. Wanderfreunde und Hundehalter kommen voll auf ihre Kosten - viele Wanderwege beginnen entweder in der Nähe des Feriendorfes oder führen direkt dran vorbei. Ein besonderes Highlight für mich waren die beiden Pools.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

...für 2 Personen top- top Lage, schöne Aussicht, Hallenbad, wirklich alles an Ausstattung in der Wohnung vorhanden. Manko: Das Kinderzimmer besteht allerdings nur aus einem Doppelstockbett ohne weiteren Platz, ohne Steckdose und ohne Heizung (war trotzdem warm genug), also wirklich nur auf engstem Raum schlafen. Im Wohnzimmerbefindet sich noch ein Ausklappdoppelbett/Schrankwand für dann 6 Ps...
