because it is located right in the center of the Latin Quarter, where history was made for over 1000 years. A safe neighborhood surrounded full of history, shops, museums, restaurants, bakeries, fresh food markets and the beautiful river.
Historical studio located in the most historical district of Paris, yet quiet & safe.
Really enjoyed the location in the center of Paris. Great access to good restaurants and all the sites in the middle of Paris.
The location is very convenient! We were very close to all attractions and metro stations. NATO bus stop is only a few blocks away. The famous Eric Kayser is only 10' walk away. Franprix supermarkets are everywhere.
We loved it here. The pictures don't do it justice - it was actually bigger than I expected. We are a family of 5, so it was tight, but we spent very little time inside. The apartment is very charming, very clean, and in the perfect location. We would stay again. Claude and his helpers are very easy to work with, and the entry process was well explained.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and well cared for. It was comfortable and fit our family. The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the action, but very quiet inside.
Wow, location, location. This place is so well located. Just beside a metro, beside tons of restaurants, beside Seine, beside everything.
The place is small to North American standard, but big for Europe. We're a family of 4 and is was tight but good. The place is clean and so georgeous. This loft with high ceiling is spectacular. There's stairs to climb to the apartment, so some people might not like this, we're use to it. The kitchen is tiny, so I would not think of cooking a gourmet meal here (but there's a ton of restaurants for that). We ate at home everyday, wine, foie gras, baguette, croissant, cheese, salad...
Oh, the internet connection (a must with teenagers) is very good.
Yes I would recommend this place.
This apartment is so darling. We were excited for our stay but unfortunately there was a fire below and the apartment became full of smoke soon after arrival. We are so grateful for Sammy who came immediately and workwd hard to find other accommodations for us at no charge. Thank you Claude for taking this expense and allowing us to have a good night sleep after a long journey.
You will be in the heart of historical Paris, surrounded by monuments (Cathedral Notre Dame de Paris) and famous sites, cafe sipping at terraces, world class shopping, we recommend a boat trip on La river Seine!
