We will give you a hearty welcome at the Villa Beachparkway in Cape Coral, Southwest Florida! Our sought-after soutwest facing location is in the best (and quietest) neighbourhood in Cape Coral! We are 500 metres from the nature reserve! We do not just have a water front location like many properties, but also a pictureque view over the wide canal due to our our great location! Being here is very relaxing and peaceful here at all times of the day!

Fantastic view of the canal: This is one of the few corner plots with fabulous view of the Alfonso canal in the coveted Southwest Cape Coral.

A oversized Captain's Walk (sun deck) also guarantees you sun and a gigantic view by the waters.

Tips to enjoy the north side: The orientation to north side is not at all a problem with the sun's position in summer. From my own experience, sun can be guaranteed whole day on the entire pool deck. The lanai on the other hand offers comforting shady areas when needed.

The nature-borne restrictions in winter are more than compensated by the oversized Captain's Walk (sundeck) by the waters.

Sun is guaranteed on the sundeck even in winter for the whole day. Especially it is - unlike under the screen - often pleasantly fresh with the waters nearby.

Mosquitoes etc. were never a problem till now.

At the end of 2009, the villa was lavishly renovated and completely furnished new with quality furniture from the exclusive Cindy Crawford Home Collection. On a total area of about 300 m2 (of which 200 m2 living area is air-conditioned), Villa Beachparkway offers you everything that you wish to have for a relaxing holiday for to 8 persons. The luxurious ambience and the high-quality furnishing are not comparable with the usual holiday homes, since we use the villa for private purposes also. It is rented out only since end of 2009 for holiday guests.

Clean, spacious and comfortable!

We stayed here for 5 days and loved it! Well-stocked large kitchen, beautiful open concept home. The pool area was great and the views of the canal were something else. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property.

Wir durften einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Beachparkway verbringen. Sämtliche Angaben im Online-Inserat wurden mehr als erfüllt. Die eindrückliche Sicht auf den Kanal (invisible Screen), die tolle Austattung der Villa (die Küche ist top ausgestattet) sowie der wunderschöne Pool wurden täglich ausgiebig genossen. Die schnelle und professionelle administrative Abwicklung und die Betreuung vor und während des Urlaubes könnten nicht besser sein, herzlichen Dank. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfect for family

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was the right place for us. We like to start the morning easy with homemade breakfast. We also like to be able to make our own dinner i the evening, and this place got everything you need to get the best. The house i wery large and everything worked 👍

Tolles Haus, fantastischer Ausblick!!!!

Wir waren im April 2016 mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Alter von 3-6 Jahren für 5 Tage zu Gast in der Villa Beachparkway und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Haus nicht mehr ganz neu ist, ist alles sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ausstattung ist mehr als üppig: in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Kochuntensilien etc. pp. - auch die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, Strand- und Pooltüchern ist Top. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten deutschen einfach und schnell, wir hatten keine Probleme uns vor Ort zurechtzufinden. Auch die kurze vor-Ort "Übergabe" durch den lokalen (ebenfalls deutschen) Agent war problemlos. Die Lage vom Objekt ist super, knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten großen Publix, Walgreens, etc. und ca. 10-15min bis zum Strand von Cape Coral... wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

It was founded by the Rose brothers in 1957 and over 400 miles of fresh and salt water channels were built in late Fifties - ideal for driving motor boat.

Cape Coral has the lowest crime rate compared to similar cities in USA.

Sunbathers, water sportsmen, anglers and golfers alike find this as an ideal holiday spot.

It is an ideal holiday destination for watyer sports, sunbathing, angling and golfing.

The magnificent sandy and shell beaches of the Sanibel and Captiva islands , and the unspoilt wildlife of the Ten Thousand Islands are located close to Cape Coral.

Here dolphins, manatees, rabbits, owls and many aquatic birds find their homes.

Golf courses for all skill levels can be found in Cape Coral and its surroundings.

Not just bargains hunters , but everyone will be love the numerous shopping centres and outlet malls here.

Recreational activities for children are absolutely seemingly endless.

Other activities: Boating, mini golf and so much more.

Golf: there are numerous golf courses for all skill levels. There are five in Cape Coral itself and 50 more in the surrounding areas. During some seasons (Christmas, for instance,) it is necessary to book tee times by telephone. On some courses even one or two days in advance).

The Cape Coral Executive course is near our villa (about 15 minutes drive), has nine holes and you don’t need to sign up. It is first come, first served.
