Unique frontline beach property to let! This penthouse offers a lot of space on over 170m² plus 70m² terraces. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with unique decorations. On the lower level there is the spacious living room with fireplace, offering frontal seaviews. Infront of the living room there is the covered terrace, which is fully furnished with garden table and 2 armchairs. From here you enjoy amazing views to the beach and sea. From living room direct access to 2 bedrooms, each with built-in walldrobes and own en-suite bath. Beside the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room. Steps beside fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where the master suite is located. This exceptional spacious room offers large double bed and large en-suite bathroom. Further there is the large L-shaped roof terrace with 4 private sunloungers, second outside dining table. 4 large pools in complex and walking distance to 3 restaurants.

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. There is a brand new german kitchen. The property has 2 floors with the master bedroom on top with the roof terrace. In each apartment you will further find washing machine and tumble dryer. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Ancha have the opportunity to use 4 swimming pools in total. Beside of each of the pools are several sun beds. The nearest beach bar offering a wide range of beverages and food is in walking distance.

Comfortable Unit with Great Location and Spectacular Views

We are a family of five from Canada and we really enjoyed this unit. The unit very comfortably accommodated all five of us for two weeks. The unit was clean, all appliances were in good working order and the air conditioning kept the unit cool and comfortable while it was hot and sunny outside. The bedrooms and beds were also very comfortable with clean linens and sheets. The unit has two balconies with spectacular views of the beach and the sea. The unit is within a complex that is very safe and secure and is right next to the beach. We could either walk to the beach or stay within the complex and enjoy the clean, clear and warm swimming pools. The complex is also very close to shopping centers and numerous restaurants and shops. We'd highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful region of Spain.

An amazing penthouse. Just gorgeous!

This was one of my favourite holidays. The penthouse was amazing, very spacious and had everything you needed. Very good communication with the owner too! The location was perfect, just a short walk to nearest town and stunning views of the beach as you look out from your terraces. I can't praise it all enough. Thank you.

Luxury stay at the beach

Thanks for a close to perfect summer holiday from a norwegian family with children (16 and 21 (with boyfriend)). The appartment was just as described on internet, spacy and comfortable. The balconies had fantastic seaviews. Both the shady balcony at first floor and the sun balcony at second floor was used a lot. The intimate and green park area with all its swimmingpools was also very nice. And the nearby beach had it all. Very nice kitchen, it had all we needed for selfhousehold. Also, the appartment complex was in perfect position for sightseeings in the aerea; to Gibraltar, Ronda and some of the beautyful Puebla Blancas (white villages).

Stilvolles Wohnen mit herrlichem Meerblick

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in sehr gepflegter Wohnanlage mit 5 Pools in Strandlage. Unsere Erwartungen an den 5-wöchigen Urlaub wurden bestens erfüllt. Die großzügige Dachterrasse sowie die Loggia ermöglichte uns ein Leben mit herrlichem Meerblick bei für diese Jahreszeit sehr angenehmen Temperaturen. Insbesondere die 2 beheizten Pools der Anlage wurden von der gesamten Familie reichlich benutzt. Engagierte und kompetente Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für interessante Tagesausflüge wie nach Malaga, Marbella, Granada, an den Atlantik oder zum Wandern in das Gebiet um Casares und Ronda. Infrastruktur bietet großzügige Versorgung mit Restaurants und Supermärkten. Sicherer Parkplatz.

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 13 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ist auch kein Wunder, denn sämtliche Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das haben wir aber auch schon bei anderen Ferienwohnungen, die von Peter Beer angeboten werden erlebt.

Der Tag fing immer schon gut an, denn gefrühstückt wurde draußen mit Blick auf das Meer. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und auch angenehm ruhig.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
