About the property

The fantastic apartment Casa Patricia in Nerja Ladera del Mar was recently renovated (2 new bathrooms, new windows, new furniture and box spring beds for all 3 bedrooms, air conditioning / heaters in all rooms), since March 2018 with new kitchen. The highlight of this apartment is the exceptionally large, partially covered terrace with about 90 square meters, which is equipped with seating for 6 people, several sun loungers, awning, Weber kettle grill and brick barbecue. Through the wonderful south-facing one has a breathtaking view over the sea, with sun from morning to evening. Here you can start the day with a relaxed view of the sea and end with a cocktail at sunset. The inviting, bright living area leaves nothing to be desired, true to the motto: On vacation, it should be as beautiful as at home! The spacious pool area is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath, satellite TV, DVD player, X-box with many games are available. Internet access is free. the apartment was of the highest standard

Our friends and my husband and I had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment !! Everything was of the highest standard and the views were breathtaking ! . We found lovely places to eat a short walk away and didn't find the walk home daunting at all .We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back !

Wonderful apartment with amazing views outside space.

Well we saved the best to last with this lovely apartment in Nerja! Had a little difficulty following the directions to get there, but once we had found it there was nothing to disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning sea views from the main lounge/dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The outside space was more than we anticipated with ample room for sun-loungers, dining and I thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views whilst doing my Pilates each morning. The verandah had a great deal of sunshine for most of the day and we enjoyed eating out in the evening watching the sun go down. Parking was straightforward next to the steps that lead to the apartment, which was fine for us with older children, but may be unsuitable for those with a younger family or those less mobile. The apartment is well decorated throughout with lovely modern bathrooms, the kitchen being the only room that is tired and needs updating. It was, nevertheless, well equipped with all that you'd need and the welcome bottle of vino was a lovely touch. In summary, a beautiful place on a well-kept urbanisation on the outskirts of Nerja, with great communal pool and gardens. We'd wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay again. Many thanks for promptly dealing with any queries that we had. We will return soon!

Casa Patricia is a VERY NICE property

We rented Casa Patricia for three months; April, May and June 2016. The Listing was very accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. The Owners (Kess) and management team led by Ms. Nuttee were most helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. A car is needed due to the property being on a hillside. We hope to return and stay in this property again.

In an exclusive location on the outskirts of Nerja in the beautiful Urbanisation Ladera del Mar. Quiet, but less than 5 minutes by car distance from the city center and the lively Burriana beach. The bus stop is about 300 meters away, the buses run about every 60 minutes. It is also possible the cheap taxis to Nerja to used (about 8, - € each way). Only 45 minutes from Malaga airport on the Autovia del Mediterraneo, 3 km from the Motorway. The historic city of Granada is about 90 minutes drive, the impressive 'white towns' of Axarquiaregion are easily accessible. The nearest white village of Frigiliana is only 6 km away. Torrox can be reached in about 7 minutes by car.

Whether you are looking for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and holidays with many sporting facilities, Nerja has something for everyone. Swimming, surfing, diving, hiking, horseback riding - all the sports facilities are nearby. The nearest golf course is Bavaria Golf (15 minutes), the Sierra Nevada with the ski resorts can be reached in less than 2 hours.
