About this property

The comfortable villa in a prominent location is located on a 36000m2 large, nature-filled property between Colonia St, Pere and Manacor. With the elevated position you can enjoy a grandiose view over the mountains of Arta, the entire bay of Alcudia up to Cap de Formentor.
The villa is an about 200 year-old, traditional farmhouse that was restored with lot of attention to detail.
Approximately 300m2 outdoor patio on different storeys, an outdoor kitchen and the 5 x 10 m pool were additionally constructed.
The main house (180m2) has a large living area on the ground floor with fireplace, television corner, dining area, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer.
On the top floor there is a large bedroom with en suite bath and covered patio, 2 additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
The side portion (25m2) with separate access, bedroom and bathroom is well suited for a 2nd family.
Underfloor cooling in all rooms ensures a pleasant temperature in summer and cosy warmth in winter.
All energy is provided by photovoltaics and solar thermal, ensuring a climate-neutral stay.

Incredible experience

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful Finca which was spotless and well looked after, we felt at home. The 360 views from the Finca were breath-taking, watching the sunrises and the sunsets was uniquely beautiful. Fantastic outdoor space, lovely pool and highly recommended! This was our first time in Mallorca and the perfect introduction to a stunning island. Thank you to Matthias and team who were always on hand to help.

Kommunikation mit Hr. Kramer

Ok. Die ersten Tage war Hr. Kramer täglich vor Ort. Anfangs funktionierte die Pumpe für das Frischwasser nicht und wir mussten etwas sparen, dann funktionierte der TV nicht. Hr Kramer war wieder vor Ort konnte aber nicht wirklich helfen. Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Kramer war von Missverständnissen geprägt. Wir sind daran vermutlich nicht unschuldig, wir hatte aber vorher noch nie solche Probleme. Als Leihauto sollte ein SUV gemietet werden.

Ursprünglichkeit und Naturverbundenheit

Wer Abgelegenheit, Ruhe und einen fantastischen Weitlick auf die Bucht von Alcudia genießen möchte, ist auf dieser ursprünglichen Finca sehr.gut aufgehoben. Die Poolanlage mit der großezügigen Terrasse war für uns ein toller Ausgleich zu den spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Ausflügen auf der Insel. Vielen Dank für die persönliche Betreuung!

Traumhafte Finca mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung in einer alten Alleinstehenden Finca. Schöner und sauberer Pool, tolle Terrasse, tolle Aussicht mit beeindruckendem Panorama. Grosse Wohnfläche auf 2 Ebenen mit grosszügiger Küche, separater Waschküche und sogar einem Klavier im Wohnzimmer. Sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Alles prima! Vielen Dank!
