Our 1.5-room **** - apartment is very cozy and comfortable. (CH-rated) The apartment is on the top. 4 Floor (penthouse) with lift. (Non smoking apartment, smoking on balconies explained) on the gallery is a double. Double bed (2x80x200). Sloping roof, large roof windows with blinds and outdoor blinds, plus a window on the front side. Cozy dining area, TV-screen 3D from Samsung (satellite system), September Music system, wireless internet connection (fee) Small but very well equipped open kitchen. 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, fully automatic coffee machine: JURA Impressa S9 Platinum, table grill, cheese fondue set, meat fondue set, KitchenAid Classic, spice rack with fresh spices, kitchen towels available. Balcony is quiet and sunny location (SW), teak chairs, balcony table, sun Store. Lawn, barbecue area behind the house. Private road, no through traffic. Parking (fee required)

Altitude vacation home: Grächen lies on a sun terrace, at 1620 m asl From late spring to autumn numerous easy to challenging hikes can be undertaken. Specifically, the level hike 'Europaweg' of Saas-Fee - Grächen - Zermatt, with overnight accommodation in the Europa Hut. Or enjoy a stroll along the 4 water lines.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Grächen

Eine gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 4. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) eines sehr ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses mit Balkon und unverbautem Blick auf das Dorf und die Berge mit einer perfekten, weit über das normale Maß hinausgehenden Auststattung in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer, die uns nichts vermissen ließ. Dazu eine kleines aber top- renoviertes Badezimmer - alles entsprach 100% der Beschreibung. Darüberhinaus war die Wohnung in einem perfekten Zustand und bei unserer Ankuft tadellos sauber.

Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Klein aber fein

Wir waren Anfang Januar fuer eine Woche in Graechen, fuer uns das erste Mal Ferien im Wallis. Nach einer sehr beschwerlichen elfstuendigen Anreise hatten wir zwar anfaenglich Schwierigkeiten, in der Dunkelheit und anhand der ausgedruckten Wegbeschreibung das Anwesen zu orten, was sicher auch muedigkeitsbedingt war. Endlich angekommen in der kleinen Dachwohnung - im 4.Stock eines neuen Appartmenthauses am Waldrand gelegen-, empfing uns Waerme, frisch bezogene flauschige (Feder)Betten und im gemuetlichen Wohnzimmer ein netter Weihnachtsteller als Willkommensgruss. Da wir mit einer grossen Gruppe unterwegs waren, die unten im Ort in einer Huette logierte, nutzten wir die mit allem Komfort ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung nur als Rueckzugsort und Ruhepol um uns nach ausfuehrlichen Wanderungen auf gut beschilderten Winterwanderwegen ein bisschen aufzuwaermen und zu ruhen, bevor wir uns wieder unter die Menge mischten. Die super ausgestattete Kueche haben wir somit gar nicht benutzt, einzig die Espressomaschine wurde morgens frueh kurzfristig in Gang gesetzt, bevor wir das Haus verliessen, um uns unten mit den Freunden zum Fruehstueck zu treffen. So fing der Tag schon gut an - mit Kaffeeduft und Sonnenschein. Wir hatten Glueck mit dem Wetter: die Sonne, die es im Januar zwar erst gegen Mittag ueber die Bergspitzen schafft, ist mindestens so kraeftig und waermend, wie wir es von uns daheim gewohnt sind....wir leben naemlich das Jahr ueber in Sizilien.

Mit den netten Vermietern hatten wir bereits von zuhause aus Kontakt, man merkt es der Wohnung an, dass sie sie selber als Ferienwohnung nutzen.

Falls es uns wieder einmal ins Wallis verschlagen sollte, werden wir mit Sicherheit versuchen, wieder in dieser Wohnung unterzukommen, die wir waermstens empfehlen koennen!
