Large shared pool plus splash pools right outside the door. Private, pretty garden with terrace furniture, sun loungers and large BBQ. Fully equipped including English TV channels, radio, DVD, CD player and wireless Internet. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and juicer/blender. Log burning fire. This is a spacious house that is equipped for full time living, not with just the essentials for holiday lets. Books, puzzles and games - a home from home. Perfect for families and couples in summer or winter.

Javea is made up of three different areas, the Arenal beachfront, the Port and the Old Town.

The Arenal Beachfront is a curved sandy beach with a promenade flanked by shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for families, the beach is safe, clean and spacious.

The Port area also has a beach, bars and restaurants along with the Marina where the fishermen bring in the daily catch. This area has a very different feel to that of the Arenal Beach.

The Old Town of Javea is the traditional centre with narrow streets dominated by the 15th century church. This is real Spain with tapas bars, the market square and of course the weekly market..

Around Javea there are many beaches and coves to visit, watersports, horseriding, golf, crazy golf, young childrens fairground, go karting, tennis, walking.... the list goes on.

My thanks to Mo and Pete for their kind comments. It was their first visit to my house and I hope to see them there again. I would just like to add though that even during July and August, the pool area is never overly busy. There are in fact two pools serving the complex and guests are often surprised that even in these main months there is always plenty of space in and around the pool.

Fabulous Hoilday Home

Having just returned from one week at Sue's holiday home in June 2017. We loved every minute we were there, most days we had the pool to ourselves, which is just a few strides away from the front door. We would have our lunch out there on Sue's sun beds watching my grandson in the pool, and the garden is also a lovely place to sit and eat. The house is kept really well, having everything you would require. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, you do not move all night, truly unbelievable and having aircon is always a bonus. It is a large house in well kept gardens and gated grounds. It is just a short walk to Arenal beach, taking just 10 minutes as I have a problem walking. In Arenal you will find lots of really good Restaurants, stores and market stalls with lots of things to look at and while away the evening. I would also like to say that Sue was great to deal with, we changed our dates twice due to family commitments and nothing was to much trouble for her. Anyone booking this house will not be disappointed as all you will need is food,everything else is there. Diane fisher.

Always comes up to expectations

As we said in May this is perfect Home from Home. Everything in the villa is always kept spotless and comfortable. A short walk to the main beach or a large communal pool which is never crowded just outside the front door. Certainly a lovely lovely place to relax and enjoy.

As always everything was spotless. Steve and Sheila keep the villa immaculate and Sue makes sure your stay is really comfortable. The adult pool and 3 children's paddling pools have been completely overhauled and everything is ready for the sun !!

The best holidays ever!

We started visiting this villa in 2001 and have been back every year and lately in May and September. It is such a lovely place to stay quiet and yet very near to the beach and town. Sue keeps adding new items and Sheila keeps it spotless. End of our month now can't wait for May 2016.

Holiday bliss

We have rented holigay accommodation for the last 40 years or so allover Europe, but have never enjoyed a stay as much as this one. The bungalow was everything you could possibly wish for.Thanks to Sue the owner and Sheila the housekeeper, two very nice people to talk to. We really did not want to tell all in this review, in case we were unable to book again owing to its popularity, but just had to say how pleased we were. Many thanks again Sue.

Perfect house in an idyllic location

I enjoyed a wonderful week at this house in May my first impressions of the property were that it was set in a perfect location . The house is decorated to a high standard very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you would need the garden is beautiful And well kept and secluded I enjoyed a sunny breakfast on the patio and sunbathed on the loungers the front of the house was perfect for relaxing around the pool

The beach and restaurants was a short stroll from the property and had a good selection of shops

A perfect holiday for everyone The owner was very helpful when booking I can't wait to return

The house is on a complex in a peaceful location just a 5-6 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach fringed by bars, restaurants and shops. Closer still is a pretty rocky beach, great for swimming off, snorkelling, sunbathing and admiring the coast line.
