Welcome to Finca Sa Bleda, a unique place where you can relax, and the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

From here you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views over the Sóller Valley and the impressive mountain range of “Serra de Tramuntana”, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Sa Bleda is a beautiful stone house, with details from the Arabic Age, surrounded by a millennial cultural landscape of Majorca.

The ground floor offer a spacious entrance hall which impresses with its antique pebble stone flooring and a granite open fire place, and which serves as the sitting room. From the entrance hall you enter on right side to a cosy living room with fire place, and on left side to the fully and well fitted kitchen with a small dining area. On this floor you will also find a “light flooded” room, with large panoramic windows and its own entrance from the garden. Furthermore there is a small toilet and the washing room.

Half floor up is a lovely small bedroom with shower bath en suite.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a large private sun terrace, another bedroom, a marble shower bath and built-in dressing closet.

The extraordinary garden is beautifully landscaped by a renowned garden architect some twenty years ago, employing local trees, scrubs and plants.

The big terrace in the front of the house invites to have a breakfast enjoying the total silence, the surrounding nature and the warm of the morning sun. Here you can also enjoy a nice barbecue evenings with family and friends. From the pool area you can enjoy amazing views over the valley.

Finca Sa Bleda is an ideal place for summer holidaymakers as well as for hikers who want to spend a quiet holiday in the midst of a splendid mountain scenery of the “Serra de Tramuntana”. The surroundings of the finca and the whole valley of Sóller, invite hikers to enjoy their holiday. And the house is also cosy in the cooler months, because it disposes of a central heating and a fireplace.

The access to the finca is narrow; we recommend rent a small car!!!

Lovely property near Soller

We had a fantastic time at this property in September 2016. It is in a great part of the island and the pool offers spectacular views of the mountains around Soller town. The propery is near the beaches at Puerto Soller and is a good starting point for the scenic drive across the north of the island. The capital Palma is accessible as a day trip via the vintage Soller railway.

The property was comfortable and well-maintained and the outside areas were very pretty. The private pool was fantastic and was warm but refreshing in September.

There are two points to bear in mind. The first is that the drive to the property is quite steep and narrow. We did not find this a problem but it could be an issue for drivers lacking in confidence. The second is that there is an open staircase and a few ledges in the gardens that may cause some concern if you have young toddlers unless you can watch them constantly. Neither of these are criticisms but are just features of the property.

We had a lovely time here and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Traumhaft gelegenes Anwesen

Diese Finca ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf die Berge der Tramuntana und das Tal von Soller. Sehr großzügige Gartenanlage, man könnte es schon fast Park nennen. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Fotos aussieht und man hat tolle Ausblicke vom Wasser aus. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, mit ausreichendem Geschirr und Töpfen, Pfannen. Der Backofen ist elektrisch und funktioniert super, es gibt sogar Backformen! Im Garten befindet sich ein mobiler Grill, sehr praktisch! Betten sehr bequem und das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine tolle Dachterasse mit schönem Mobiliar. Liegestühle sind sowohl schön als auch bequem. WLAN ist ausreichend schnell um Filme auf dem Laptop zu schauen:-) Die Eingangshalle ist sehr urig, mit Kieslsteinboden und einem Kamin den man auch beheizten kann. Auf der Ebene gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und einen Wintergarten mit Sofa sowie ein WC. In der Zwischenetage befindet sich ein kleines Zimmer mit Grandlit (eher für eine Person) mit Bad und WC. Im ersten Stock dann zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad/WC.

Das Grundstück hat schöne Ecken, einen Hauptsitzplatz direkt vor der Türe und eine Ebene tiefer eine Terrasse mit Ausblick. Alles sehr schön möbliert.

Ein klitzekleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: der wunderschöne alte Olivenholzesstisch steht in der Küche und dort essen ist nicht so schön. Gerade wenn man im Frühjahr dort Urlaub macht wäre es toll einen Esstisch im Wintergarten zu haben. Dort ist Abendsonne und ein toller Ausblick.

Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in Sa Bleda und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vom Haus aus kann man rechts nach Soller auf dem Wanderweg in ca 30 Minuten gehen. Links gelangt man in ca. der gleichen Zeit nach Port de Soller auf dem Wanderweg. Man kann aber auch nach oben wandern Richtung Deia. Wir haben das Auto oft stehen gelassen. Was man wissen sollte: Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt über einen sehr schmalen und zum Schluss steilen Feldweg ca 400m. Die Alleinlage ist es aber wert (es gibt hinten noch ein angrenzendes Haus, aber das ist nur selten bewohnt und man sieht voneinander nichts). Ania die Verwalterin ist stets ansprechbar und kümmert sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste, falls mal was sein sollte. Ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Kontakt, Danke Ania!!

Traumhaft schöne Finca in Bestlage

Wir waren über Ostern für 9 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Für Ruhe- und Naturliebhaber einfach ideal. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und jeweils einzigartigem Fernblick über Soller. Alles sehr sauber und innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. WLan funktioniert einwandfrei, auch die Heizung ist für die Wintermonate geeignet und gut regulierbar. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist der hier bereits viel beschriebene Anfahrtsweg (ca. 400 m), für den man starke Nerven und ein möglichst kleines Auto braucht. Zu Fuß erreicht man Soller in ca. 30 min, auch der wunderschöne Wanderweg nach Port de Soller (ca. 50 min) und Deia startet direkt vor der Finca. In ca. 5 min erreicht man das Finca-Hotel Can Ai, in dem man gut essen kann und das über eine eigene Strassenbahn-Haltestelle verfügt. Wir können die Finca Sa Bleda uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Amazing holiday

Sa Bleda is set in a beautiful, tranquil location between the sea and the mountains.

The house is tastefully and stylishly furnished and well equipped. Very comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous living area, and kitchen with simply everything you might need.

We had many happy hours round the pool and on the terraces in the evening.

Anything you need to know or have a problem with, the property manager Ania is more than willing to help. She is friendly and very efficient.

I highly recommend Sa Bleda, we had a wonderful relaxing stay and we hope to come back again!

Einfach traumhaft!!!

Traumhafte Finca in toller Lage. Sa Bleda ist wirklich ein wunderschoner, idyllischer Ort. Der Garten ist traumhaft schon, und hat diverse Ecken die luden zum Entspannen aus. Der Blick auf die Berge und Sóller von den Terrasen ist herrlich. Die komplette Einrichtung der Finca ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Das Haus war sauber und geplegt. Der Empfang von Ania war herzlich, und Sie hat uns sehr gut betreut.

Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen, und konnen die Finca Sa Bleda ohne Bedenken weiteremfehlen.

Ruhe, Wandern und Genießen

Ein schönes Haus in absoluter Ruhe, direkt am Wanderweg. Es ist alles genauso, wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Farben, Sonne, Berge, Wandern, Meer und Genießen....vom Hahn geweckt, von den Zikaden in den Schlaf gezirpt....vor dem Frühstück in den Pool und fußläufig entweder nach Soller oder Port de Soller oder Deia....

Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Herzlicher und perfekter Empfang von Ania...dafür großes Dankeschön.

One of the most beautiful and picturesque corner of Majorca, in a valley full of orange and olive trees, surrounded by the highest peaks of the island and at the same time of

the waves of the Mediterranean lapped.

A place with long history, the numerous testimonies can be discovered by visitors as well as with an exquisite gastronomy, which invites you to taste.

The town of Sóller has a charming town centre. Numerous buildings in the Art Nouveau style dominate the narrow streets and squares, where a lively scene has developed with bars and pubs. Due to its location Sóller is less frequented by tourists and has managed to preserve its originality. Particularly attractive is the journey from Palma to Sóller with the "Red Lightning", an historic railway.

In the surrounding area offer numerous recreational opportunities where you

can enjoy nature.

The picturesque village of Fornalutx a delightful excursion option that has the charm of yesteryear preserved. Or visit the Cala Tuent, an idyllic pebble bay, which is still little discovered. Hiking in the fertile valley or in the Tramuntana Mountains are an unforgettable experience.

Beach lovers will find in the bay of Puerto de Sóller magnificent beaches with stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana.

The port of Sóller is an amazing sight. The steep coast is here interrupted as if by magic, and forms a circular basin where find the colourful fishing boats into place.
