Great apartment in a great setting
The apartment was great and in a fabulous spot too.
The owners were brilliant great communication and service before booking and whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend to others
Great flat with amazing views
Thanks Bryan for an amazing week in Carbis Bay. We loved the flat - it was super convenient for the beach. We walked into St Ives almost every day and took the train once when it was wet. We went to the water sports centre on the beach most days to kayak, sup or mega-sup. We had pizzas in the restaurant in the beach, had a day trip to Penzance, went to see the Minack theatre. A fabulous week!
Fab location and superb housekeepers.
Would definately recommend as convenient for so many locations and the railway on the doorstep was a joy for the 2 minute ride into St Ives
Little gem with amazing views
We had the best time staying at Compass Point. The apartment has stunning views over Carbis Bay and is ideally situated to catch the train to St Ives.
It is immaculately decorated, clean, and has lots of lovely extra touches. The kitchen has everything you need and well equipped.
From the moment we booked Brian was friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. The instructions to access the property we clear and easy to follow and the apartment had lots of handy information of places to visit in the local area.
We can’t wait to stay again when next visit Cornwall
Met our needs. Good contact. Good price.
Clean, easy to get to and wonderful location.
Lovely view out of the front rooms! Quick and nice response to questions/ problems with the apartment.
Carbis Bay is just less than 2 miles from St Ives. You can walk along the picturesque coastal path into St Ives in 20 Minutes in one direction or the village, beaches, dunes and golf course of Lelant in the other. If you are looking for the magnificent scenery of St Ives Bay but want a slightly quieter life then Carbis Bay is a great base. The direct access to the St Ives branch railway line means that the car may never be required. Historic St Ives itself is renowned for its cosmopolitan mix of restaurants and cafes, art galleries, beaches and scenery and whether you are simply looking for a week on one of the many beaches, or an energetic mix of surfing, golf, walking or diving, there is something here for you. Further afield, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, Lands End, beautiful Sennen Cove (surfing), Padstow (cooking courses with Rick Stein), Newquay (indoor water world) and St Austell (Eden Project) are all within easy reach either by Car or Train.
