About the property

The apartment has been extensively renovated, it lays in the quiet surroundings of Maria Sares (1130 m above sea level) on the road to the famous ski-carousel named Plan de Corones. The location is comfortable, you can go for a walk in the nearby wood and has easy access to the ski pistes of San Vigilio di Marebbe, 15 minutes by car and also to the slopes of Brunico (Riscone), also 15 mins by car,. The flat is equipped with every comfort. You have at your disposal 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, big kitchen, living room furnished in typical Tyrolean style with an antique farmer-oven, spacious terrace/balcony, parking space, garden, television, washing machine, dishwasher and linen.

The apartment is surrounded by fir and larch woods where one can have walks at one`s leisure.

Our house is situated at San Lorenzo di Sebato in the heart of the Val pusteria and near the city named Brunico.

At San Lorenzo di Sebato you are at the right place, because the village is the optimal starting point for different tours in the Dolomites, on the ideal sea level, temperate climate and spectacular villages.

Große und saubere Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter und tolle Lage.

Wir waren sechs Motorradfahrer und haben uns bei Fam. Grünbacher sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht.Sie ist groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Ganz Klasse waren die frische Milch und die Eier am Morgen. Herzlichen Dank an Frau Grünbacher für den leckeren Kuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Skiurlaub mit Freunden und Familie

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben eine wunderschöne Woche auf dem Übersteinerhof verbracht und waren begeistert von der schönen und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung (wir hatten die obere Wohnung, modern renoviert) und der sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art der Vermieter. Die Größe der Wohnung war perfekt für uns - 2 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer (mit sehr bequemen Betten) und auch auf unsere Sonderwünsche bzgl. der Bettenaufteilung wurde flexibel eingegangen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da der Hof außerhalb liegt (ca. 15min vom Kronplatz-Lift - super Skigebiet, insbesondere mit Kindern).

Unsere Jungs haben nach dem Skifahren das Landleben genossen, die umliegenden Hügel unsicher gemacht und waren begeistert, dass sie dem Bauern im Stall helfen durften. Jeden Morgen gab es auf Wunsch frische Eier, Milch und Semmeln.

Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento grande, nuovo, pulito, ben organizzato e attrezzato. Un po' lontano dalle zone abitate.

Vacanza ideale per gruppi e famiglie, anche per il prezzo congruo. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto ospitali. Addirittura la mattina il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare dietro la porta latte fresco e uova. Unico disagio da rilevare, che non dipende dalla proprietà, in caso di neve il Comune non sparge sale sulla strada che ovviamente ghiaccia, quindi per salire occorre montare catene o avere gomme termiche.

sehr ruhige geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Wir möchten uns noch einmal für die wunderbaren Tage in Ihrer Ferienwohnung bedanken! Uns hat die Wohnung super gefallen, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet sowie sehr sauber und gepflegt!

Danke nochmal für das tägliche Heizen des gemütlichen Stubenofens und in der Küche! Wenn wir abends "heim" kamen, war es einfach wunderbar warm!

Die Ruhe hat seltenheitswert und uns ist es noch nie passiert, das alle versprochenen Parameter einer Wohnung auch wirklich so stimmten, wie hier!!!

Ein großes Dankeschön auch für den Apfelstrudel zum Abschied, den wir dann zu Hause verspeist haben!
