A delightful property ideally located on the edge of the nature reserve located in Font de sa Cala, on the Eastern coast of Mallorca. Due to its unique, elevated position, the 10,000 sqm site offers magnificent views of the sea, mountains and surrounding landscape. The house is fresh, airy, soothing and relaxing: it offers 3 double bedrooms and bathrooms (2 en-suite), dining room, living room, a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, TV, Wi-Fi and all other necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The residence guarantees restful privacy and tranquility to families and couples alike although a 8.5 x 4-metre pool and extensive grounds provide plenty of play space for youngsters. The closest beach and crystal-clear waters are a 15-minute walk through paths along the nature reserve.

For golf lovers, there are 3 courses in the vicinity of the accommodation: Canyamel, Capdepera and Pula. The house is particularly popular with golfers during the off-season, given the convenience of the 1st tee being only a 15-minute drive. For the more adventurous, there are plenty of hikes (easy ones and more demanding options) in the vicinity. Tours can be arranged in the Tramuntana mountains if desired.

Beautiful private well-equipped home

We loved our stay at this home...it was clean, open and airy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans/etc. The photos shown are current and it felt like we were really at our own private Spanish villa. The neighbors have farm animals, so you might wake up to rooster, chicken, or donkey noises (pleasant, in our opinion!), but there's enough privacy so you can't see the neighbor's home. The walk down the dirt road is quite short (maybe 200 meters?), and then down to town/beach is another 5 min or so. The beds were comfortable and wi-fi worked great. Note that the instructions from the owners are all in German, as was the TV language and appliance buttons, so be prepared to use Google Translate if you don't speak the language!

Tolle, gemütliche, abgelegene Anlage um entspannt die Ferien zu geniessen.

Wie in der Beschreibung geschrieben, liegt die Anlage etwas abgelegen und es lohnt sich mit einem Auto die Einkäufe zu machen (ausser man mag etwas längere Spaziergänge).

Das Haus ist sauber, schön möbliert und verfügt über alles, was man braucht (inkl Küchenutensilien). Den Grill haben wir nie gebraucht.

Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Besten Dank an das gesamte Team vor Ort.

Schöne Urlaubstage verbracht

Nach einem längeren Aufenthalt in einer anderen Finca haben wir noch drei Tage in dem schönen Haus in Font de Sa Cala verbracht. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Dadurch, dass wir schon vorher in der Nähe des Hauses waren, war die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsseltresor eine einfache und gute Möglichkeit, umzuziehen. Dagmar, die das Haus betreut, hat uns dann noch persönlich begrüsst. Das war ein sehr netter Kontakt für uns und hat uns sehr gefreut. Auch die Übergabe des Hauses am Abreisetag war unkompliziert. Die Terrasse mit Blick über das weitläufige Land bis zum Meer haben wir sehr genossen, hier ging häufig ein angenehmer Wind. Die Schlafzimmer hat man durch Querbelüftung auf angenehme Temperaturen für die Nacht bekommen. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Da wir nur drei Tage da waren, haben wir die Möglichkeiten des Hauses sicher nicht ausgeschöpft. Wir können das Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub empfehlen und danken Anke und Dagmar für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Leuke ontspannen week in erg mooie Finca !

We hebben erg genoten van de week die we hebben doorgebracht op deze prachtige locatie, we waren met 2 personen maar de Finca is ruim genoeg voor 4 - 6 personen. Met name de rustige ligging maar wel een dorpje in de nabijheid sprak ons erg aan.

Het verblijf in de Finca met de daarbij behorende faciliteiten heeft volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan, ook het contact met Dagmar

(lokale contactpersoon) was zeer goed en bereikbaar op momenten dat het nodig was.

Ruhige Finca mit traumhaften Ausblick

Die Finca liegt super ruhig in den Bergen und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Bei gutem Wetter kann man bis Menorca gucken.

Wir haben nur die Esel, die Zikarden, die Hühner und den Hahn gehört. Wenn man etwas mehr Aktion möchte, ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Cala Ratjada.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ( klappriger Grill,..) war die Finca super.

Wir sind von der Besitzerin Anke super nett empfangen wurden. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin war eher etwas schleppend.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
