About the property

quiet south facing position, stunning panoramic views, 3 bedrooms

This romantic natural stone house is situated amongst the olive groves above Dolceacqua. The coast and Ventimiglia are only a 15 minutes drive away and Dolceacqua's village centre is 8 km down the hill. The overall finishing of this spacious house is elegant and comfortable. On the ground floor are the large and well equipped eat-in kitchen, the comfortable living area with open fire place and the master bedroom with shower room and separate loo. Large panoramic windows offer stunning views over the surroundings and French windows open out to the surrounding terraces where plenty of sunshine can be enjoyed throughout the day. On the upper floor are two more bedrooms and a shower rom. There is off street parking on the grounds. The surrounding grounds, measuring some 5,000 qm of olive groves are mainly left as nature intended. The access road, with the exception of the final 100 m, is tarmac covered and comfortable to drive.

Location and Directions: Casa Colla is a detached house, surrounded by olive groves. There are a few houses in the neighbourhood but they are not in constant use. The house is easily accessible via a well constructed road leading to the 'La Colla' area. The final 600 m is a tarmac covered private road and only the final 100 m are dirt track. The entrance to the grounds is again tarmac covered and there is off-street parking on the grounds.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, sieht genauso aus wie in den Bildern und enhält alles wie in den Angaben beschrieben. Es ist ideal für Paare mit Kindern oder 3 Paare. Der Blick ist einfach traumhaft. Habe es sofort an Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Die Ausstattung enthält zusätzlich Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Rührgerät, Fernseher und DVD Spieler.

Das Haus ist ein super Ort zum Abschalten.

Portalangaben und Realität stimmen zu 100% überein, sehr gepflegt, gehobener Standard, tolle Umgebung, sehr gute Betreuung durch Agentur, für Familien mit Kindern ab 10 Jahren geeignet (vorher nicht wegen offenen Treppen), Top-Ausstattung (Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen), ideale Lage für Wander- und Mountainbike-Fans, 6 km nach Roccetta, 14 km zum Meer, wunderschöner Ausblick (bei klarem Wetter bis Korsika). Eignet sich auch super für Frauen- oder Männerurlaube (bis 6 Personen) und für Leute, die Erholung suchen (den ganzen Tag Sonne) und einfach chillen wollen.

The romantic village Dolceacqua is situated some 8 km land inwards and is the picture perfect example of a medieval Ligurian village. Narrow mews wind their way up to the town's landmark, the ruined Doria Castle. The elegant stone bridge, connecting the two village parts Terra and Borgo, once inspired the French painter Claude Monet some 100 years ago. In the area surrounding Dolceacqua, not only olive oil is being produced but also the Ligurian red wine, the Rossese di Dolceacqua which can be savoured alongside other specialities in many local restaurants or with directly with the producers. Dolceacqua is the perfect place from where to venture out to the Flower Riviera and the Cote d'Azur or into the mountains by foot or on bike.
