Situated in a modern development overlooking the sea 5 min drive to the west of Nerja. South-facing and very private in cul de sac location with heated private pool. Air conditioning in all rooms. English/French/German TV via FREE WiFi and DVD player also. King size bed in bedroom overlooking pool. Two single beds in other bedroom. Two good quality adult size fold up beds also. Walk- in power showers. Complete fitted kitchen with integrated units including electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Outdoors large heated pool, BBQ, electric awning, shower, sunlongers and roof terrace with panoramic sea views. Shops, pubs and good restaurants within 2min walk. Beach in 3min drive. Ten minutes to golf course. 5 min to Nerja along beautiful coast road. Only 2 min off N340 which is the motorway from Malaga airport and the main artery straddling the med. A high standard villa in a super location just west of Nerja.

LOVELY VILLA IN A QUIET LOCATION

Just back from our annual trip, this being our 5th time at this lovely, clean, well equipped villa, which is 1 of 4 situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Panoramic sea views at the rear, with mountain views from the roof terrace, to the side and front of the property. Great outdoor space with comfortable sun-loungers & additional table/chairs. Lovely well maintained garden and superb, clean pool. Our daughter absolutely loves the pool, cant keep her out of it!! Both are maintained on a weekly basis by the gardener & pool man. The terrace is the perfect place to have your morning coffee whilst admiring the wonderful sea view. 2 shops within 5mins walking distance as well as a couple of restaurants & a cocktail bar. If like us, you like to get out walking during the day before returning to chill-out by the pool, then Torrox Costa beach/promenade with an abundance of shops/restaurants is approx 30min walk along the main road or take the back, winding road, which leads you to some lovely restaurants situated right on the beach. Taxi's down to Torrox Costa/Nerja range from 6 - 9 euros. A car will definitely be required if you want to venture further.

Geoff, the agent, a very nice, friendly, informative guy, is there to meet you when you arrive.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay which is both peaceful & relaxing, away from the & hustle & bustle of a holiday resort, then look no further.

We have already booked again for 2015 and hope to book for many more years to come.

Beautiful

Lovely villa with everythng you need. Beautful gardens and view and the pool was to die for! Very clean and tidy.

The agent was punctual, friendly and imformative.

Would highly recommend this property to any one wanting a relaxing holiday. Car is definitely required as apart from one small shop and a couple of restaurant there is not much around the actual complex. However Torrox was literally a 5 minute drive away and Nerja less than 10 where you will find everything you would expect from a holiday. Will hopefully be returning next year! :O)

we enjoyed this lovely house for 2 weeks in march 2007! first vacation with our 7 months old babygirl. it was wonderful and perfect, perfect, perfect! and ken and berryl took great care of us!!! thank you all!

A perfect place to stay!

This villa is a real gem! It was our first - and surely not the last time in Torrox and this villa has been a very good choice for us to stay. We enjoyed a truly quiet, fully furnished house with a very well kept garden and pool. It is the perfect place to stay!
