The proximity to the village (it is less than 400 m) to the wonderful sea view and the peace and security are the excellent criteria of this exclusive object. Since the owner lives only a few houses away, is a first-class care and makellose cleanliness ensured. A villa for discerning guests.

In the main house you enter through a tasteful entrance hall the spacious living room with UHD Smart Sat TV (Netflix), fireplace and comfortable seating. View of the pool, palm trees and sea. Luxurious Nolte comfort kitchen which leaves nothing to be desired, 2 double rooms each with 2 beds, satellite TV, bathroom with bathtub and shower, wardrobe, shower-WC, housework. Cozy partly covered sheltered patio with seating groups, 6 sun loungers, barbecue. On the upper floor additional bedroom with double bed.

Separate 1-room studio with 2 beds, shower, kitchenette, living-dining room, satellite TV and covered terrace where other family members or friends are well accommodated. Carport, garage.

PLA DEL MAR is the safest area of ​​Moraira. The settlement is guarded by a guard, our dear Manolo. Manolo, Edda and other assistants are always there for you!

Although the villa is close to the village and the sea, it is absolutely quiet. Shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beaches of Moraira and Portet are within easy walking distance.

Pretty villas and flowering bushes on the roadside make the short walk on foot again and again an experience. Evening street lighting.

If you book your holiday at Casa Edda, Calle Oceano Artico 22, you will never regret it - one of the most beautiful villas in the area. As your car can rest.

The majority of our guests leave the domicile only for short shopping and strolling, simply because their home with the garden and patio by the pool is so beautiful. Gladly the hostess gives detailed information for excursions.

For tennis players and golfers are the best conditions, ask me. For hikers I have tried and tested tips, since 1971 I live in Moraira.

It is my concern to care my guests lovingly - they should trust me, I respect everyone from the private world.

In the meantime I am somewhat older. 86 years, but quite agile and fit. I would like to let my guests participate in my local knowledge. Obendrein there are sufficient books about the area and also otherwise - it is not to you lack of vacation elective.

Barbecue in the patio, especially when Edda accompanied you in the morning for fish sales or cunning advice for good meat shopping. For a cookbook author - Edda Meyer-Berkhout - (see, for example, 'Baking with success') - they are well cared for. Moreover, she will never be lacking in international literature in the house.

I really try to fulfill all my wishes. Trust me. Villa and location could not be better! Although I am now 86 years, but have more than 20 years of experience and have lived in Moraira since 1971, but I still fulfill my job with enthusiasm and joy.

Beautiful villa, pool and garden in great location

We stayed in the main part of the villa - the 2 bedroom part - although the villa was booked exclusively to us so you don't need to share the pool and gardens with anyone else. The villa is beautiful. It's clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need. The courtyard and gardens are beautiful and even though it was not warm enough to use the pool, our 3 young children had a lot of fun playing in the garden. The pool is huge and beautiful too! The beds are single beds pushed together as doubles and are very comfortable and soft. The heating worked well also - it was needed as we visited in February.

Edda was a very accommodating host and kept us well informed about how to look after the villa. Be aware that the Homeaway booking fee was taken from our deposit even though this was not previously advised or agreed. In total, almost 100 Euros was taken to cover this fee and electricity. Otherwise everything was great. The location to Moraira is so close - a 5 minute walk to all shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend Casa Edda.

The listing and details for the villa were as described- The villa was for us in a perfect location-just 5 minutes walk into town- down a dark road at night- but we felt very safe. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit including some beautiful weather the first week- although mixed weather during the second week. The villa was very comfortable-well equipped and very clean and well presented for large groups, although we felt it was set up with German tourists in mind. The beds we used were very comfortable-but we would have like better quality bed linen and towels, This is just personal taste!!! Edda was extremely helpful- but not intrusive.We would have no hestitation in recommending this villa to anyone. We have visited Moraira for the last 8 years, we love the beaches, the friendliness in the shops, the beautiful views right across the bay from El Portet (a secluded bay) to Calpe. The restaurants and bars vary in price depending on budgets- And the supermarkets are well stocked.We love walking and the Tourist Information Centre is very informative with maps and transport.

Moraira is quite undiscovered so therefore remains unspoilt- Thankyou Edda for letting us stay in your lovely villa, with the most wonderful views.

Fantastische vakantie villa in Moraira, Pla del Mar.

Villa Casa Edda is een erg mooie traditionele Spaanse villa op loopafstand van het dorp en de stranden.

Wat hebben we genoten...

Het uitzicht op zee en naar de rots van Calpe is werkelijk adembenemend.

De faciliteiten zijn prima. Aan alles is gedacht.

Er is een goed uitgeruste keuken met zicht op zee!

Een gezellige woonkamer met smartTV en snel internet.

De patio met BBQ is heerlijk om te eten, of in de avond lekker te zitten.

Het zwembad was helaas iets te koud in de winter. Het is erg groot en heeft zelfs een jetstream. We komen graag een keer terug om deze uit te proberen.

De casita is een prima gastenverblijf.

Op het terras van de studio op de eerste verdieping hebben we bijna elke avond genoten van een prachtige zonsondergang.

We kunnen deze villa aanraden!

Schöne Ferien im Casa Edda

Wieder einmal waren wir Gäste im Casa Edda, nach der Renovation und dem Umbau der Waschküchen zu einem 2. Badezimmer ist alles perfekt. Das Gaus ist sehr hell und freundlich, der Patio hat immer eine Ecke zum verweilen und geniessen. Wie immer freuen wir uns auf die nächsten Ferien in Moraira.

Rundum-Sorglos-Paket

Ja - so etwas gibt es tatsächlich. Zu finden bei Edda und ihrer komplett ausgestatteten Casa. Bereits im März gebucht, traten zwischenzeitlich immer mal wieder Fragen auf, die sofort und immer freundlich beantwortet wurden. Nach der liebevollen Begrüßung bei der Anreise verging kein Tag ohne wertvolle Tipps - und das trotz großer Schmerzen unserer lieben Edda. Zum Haus und der Umgebung schließen wir uns den anderen Gästen an. Dazu ist bereits alles gesagt worden.

Wir hatten noch in keiner Unterkunft so viele Bügel (herrlich).

Von der Knoblauchpresse bis zu den Boccia-Kugeln findet man hier alles. Und wir vermuten sogar, dass Edda auch beim Wetter ihre Hand im Spiel hatte. Wer hätte gedacht, dass wir im November noch den Pool nutzen können. Fazit: Wenn wir noch einmal nach Moraira kommen, dann sind wir wieder bei Edda. Vielen, vielen Dank sagen Dagmar und Anhang

Super Haus,super Lage,herrlicher Blick !

Unsere Woche im Casa Edda, war ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub.Das Haus stand uns bei Ankunft, in einem sehr ordentlichen und sehr sauberen Zustand, zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer und deren Ausstattung,wie z.B. die große Küche, die schönen Bäder und das Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildschirm ließen keine Wünsche offen.Ein absolutes Highlight des Hauses,ist der große Pool von dem man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den Felsen von Calpe hat.Diese herrliche Aussicht läßt sich auch abends, bei Sonnenuntergang,genießen.Für Tage mit etwas Wind ist der geschützte Patio von großem Vorteil.Es hat uns so gut gefallen,dass wir die Zeit lieber im Haus verbrachten anstatt die Ausflugstipps von Edda Alfke auszuprobieren.

Casa Edda is located next to Villa Oasis 786530, only 2 minutes walk from the village, and it is mantained by the same owner.

Moraira as the greenest, environment friendliest and quietest jewel on the Costa Blanca invites you to stroll along its picturesque little alleys, cosy bars and restaurants, littles shops, friday market and the Marina. There are only 2 tall buildings outside the village but many nice holiday villas, old farms and green mountains with vineyards, olive and orange trees.

Thanks to a careful development and planning, our town was repeatedly awarded with the green and golden broom, blue flags and exquisite environment. I am grateful and proud to live in such a neat little village with more than 300 sunny days and to take care of my guests. If it the pool and the mediterranean garden gets a little boring then it is time to go to one of the nice beaches and coves, diving, surfing, swimming, jetski or take a walk to the castle.

Other Activities: enjoy a good paella and glass of wine.
