Direkt am Wasser-Fehlanzeige-

Zuerst das positive.:Wohnung:gut Ausstattung:sehr gut Vermieter:am Anfang sehr freundlich Jetzt das negative:Temperatur in Bad und Wohnzimmer nicht ausreichend, habe mich abends mit dem Oberbett zudecken müssen um nicht zu sehr zu frieren. Die Temperaturen haben wir auch dokumentiert. Als ich den Vermieter darauf angesprochen habe, hater mit folgendenworten geantwortet:Ich konnte ja nicht ahnen das jemand mit Pflegegrad 4 kommt und wenn mir das zu kalt wäre müssten wir wieder abreisen..ich bin noch nie so herabwürdigend behandelt worden...weitere minuspunkte waren die Baustelle von der im Inserat nichts erwähnt wurde, direkt am Wasser ist die Ferienwohnung auch nicht. Die Grillecke wurde von der Baustelle mitbenutzt und konnte nicht genutzt werden.Der Wäschetrockner war nicht vorhanden.im Zaun war ein großes Loch und das Achterwasser konnte man auch nur.durch ein Loch in der Hecke in ca.1km entfernung sehen.Wir sind dann vorzeitig wieder abgereist da für uns kein Urlaubsgefühl mehr aufkommen wolltr,obwohl Usedom eine schöne Insel ist...Schade.

Sehr ruhige Lage in Boddennähe

Wir sind viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs gewesen, bis zur Küste oder zum Stettiner Haff über ausgebaute Fahrradwege gefahren. An der Badestelle im Dorf ließ sich am Achterwasser gut baden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man kann abends, auf der Terrasse sitzend, den Sonnenuntergang über dem Achterwasser genießen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine überdachte Terrasse. Der Garten ist groß und an mehreren Stellen laden Sitzmöglichkeiten, Strandkorb , Hollywoodschaukel und Liegestühle zum Verweilen ein. Für Kinder stehen Fußballtor, Basketballkorb sowie ein Klettergerüst mit Rutsche zur Verfügung. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig.

Traumurlaub auf Usedom

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Es ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man in Küche und Haushalt braucht. Der Garten ist sehr groß und die drei Terrassen bieten zu jeder Tageszeit die Möglichkeit sich zu sonnen oder sich der Sonne zu entziehen. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einem die Möglichkeit sich abseits des touristischen Treibens zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und hilfreich. Vielen Dank für die Restaurantempfehlungen! Der Nepperminer Fischpalast ist wirklich mehrere Besuche Wert gewesen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhaft erholsam

Es war einfach wunderschön ! Ein Ferienhaus was keine Wünsche offen lässt , wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause gefühlt! Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Die umliegende Natur ist auch wunderschön !
