Simply the Best place in Antibes

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for 6 nights and we were totaly satisfied. It was our forth time in Antibes and it was the best one. The apartment is in perfect location - walking distance (more precisely - hand reachable) to everything, both wonderful beaches and the old town with beautiful bakeries and souvenir shops. The apartment is very well equipped, we did not miss anything for our comfortable stay. As you may see in the pictures - the view over the balcony is just stunning, It's one of those things that we did not want to leave. As we were with our own car, the private parking was a great benefit. Finally, I would like to mention exceptionally warm and attentive hospitality of Richard. Thank you very much for really pleasant communication.

We sincerely recommend this apartment to everyone, especially for families as here is everything you may need for a wonderful holidays.

My most enjoyable stay in Antibes

I had such a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is located in my favourite area of Antibes, close to Port Vauban, the old town and the train station.

Gail and Richard were wonderfully helpful and accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with.

The apartment feels very spacious and bright. I loved that the bedrooms were facing the back of the building and were therefore very quiet at night.

I recommend it highly and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect for our family of four

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Like other reviewers, we loved the location. It is just outside the heart of Old Antibes, more in the yacht area. This puts it close to the train station (SNCF), bus station (Gare Routière), and supermarket (Carrefour) as well as the tourist attractions.

The property was clean and well-maintained. Our family of four -- my husband, myself, and our two adult sons -- were very comfortable there. The check-in and check-out went smoothly.

I highly recommend it.

Just idyllic!

What a lovely apartment! We spent a week here in July and found it exactly as described - beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean.The lady who met us on arrival was charming and most helpful.

The apartment is just a short stroll from the beach and numerous excellent restaurants. The secure parking is an added bonus in a town like Antibes where parking can be a problem.

We particularly liked the fact that the apartment is on the top floor and was therefore relatively private and quiet. We shall certainly return to this delightful property in a beautiful part of France.

Location, location, location!

This apartment is perfect for a family stay in Antibes! Just a few seconds from everything you want to see: the old town center, the harbor, beaches, restaurants, and the train to Monaco, Cannes or Nice.

The bedrooms are cozy and quiet, and the balcony is perfect for morning breakfast or an evening glass of wine with a view of Cap D'Antibes. We have stayed in many apartments in Antibes over the years, and this one is our favorite.

good location

A good apartment in a very convenient location. In need of some updating (who takes CDs on holday these days?)

pros: safe, comfortable ,good facilities

cons:let down by rental agency. despite leaving numerous answerphone messages there was no one to meet us. By the time someone turned up (only with the help of one of the residents )all the shops were closed leaving us without even a pint of milk- not much fun,especially for my 84 yr old mother.

surely these days e- mail would be a far more efficient means of communication

Also having reported a couple of problems these were completely ignored

However Antibes remains a wonderful place for a holiday with lovely beaches,restaurants ,shopping all on the doorstep.

a little more awareness that times have changed and

small touches like nice bed linen,matching glasses, updated furniture can make all the difference

We're glad you enjoyed our apartment and its central Old Antibes location. Regarding your arrival and checkin, we know you had some missed communications and we're sorry for any inconvenience. We're working with our Management Company to smooth this out, especially in busier seasons. We also realize that people are bringing iPods instead of CDs with them these days and we plan to add an iPod speaker docking system before the end of the year. In addition, we always aim to keep kitchenware matching (as much as possible) although there will always be unforeseen breakages :) We also aim to maintain a high standard of bed linen and bathroom towels which unlike many apartments, we include at no extra charge. This unique, top-class 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of old Antibes. Located on the top floor, this apartment is quiet, yet super-central to everything. The south-facing terrace of the living room gets the sun all day. The open, 180-degree panoramic view gives a fantastic view over the old town of Antibes, Cap d'Antibes and the Mediterranean. Swimming, shopping, dining, sightseeing and nightlife are all just a few second's walk away. The famous nightlife of Juan les Pins is also just a few minutes away by bus or car. If you wish to visit any of the famous nearby cities (like Cannes, Nice, or Monaco) but prefer not to drive, you can walk just a few seconds to Antibes train station, so it's easy to catch one of the many trains and arrive at any of these cities in about 15 minutes. The relaxing inland towns of Mougins, Biot, and Grasse are all just minutes away by car. Golfers: Don't miss out on the world-class golf courses in towns like Mandelieu and Valbonne.
