Apartment 'Domblick' is situated at the foot of the Mönchsberg, only a few minutes from the banks of the river Salzach. It offers picture book views towards the Old Town with dome, palace and fortress. It is a third floor apartment in a renovated 16th century townhouse (with lift) in one of the oldest parts of the city. Next to it is the old Parish Church of Muelln and the Augustiner monastery turned brewery with its unique historical beer hall and the best beergarden in town.

1184 sq ft. Apartment 'Domblick' has two very large bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped built-in Poggenpohl kitchen with washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, oven with ceran field, microwave, coffeemachine, toaster etc. and a 320 sq ft living/dining room with satellite tv, DVD, hifi stereo, WiFi, remote control lighting and seating for four. The bathroom offers a tub with shower as well as a bidet and there is a separate WC.

The apartment has a triple aspect with eleven (!) windows and is therefore not only spacious, but also very light and bright.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are just around the corner and so is the bus stop and the next train station so that you do not need a car to explore Salzburg and its vicinity. For those who come by car there is a large (and safe) car park behind the Augustiner brewery just 3 minutes away.

Perfect apartment in a perfect city

The location of this apartment is perfect - a 10 min walk along the river to old town or walk over the bridge and through the beautiful mirabell park and you have most of the buses available to you (get a Salzburg card v good value and can use on the buses)

The apartment itself really is lovely, spacious and light with huge windows for enjoying the view and letting in the Salzburg fresh air. Everything you need is in the apartment inc good coffee with a supply of pods. The beds are v comfortable and we all slept so well.

Try the pizza restaurant and barenwirt both just a few steps away perfect if you don't want to go far after a day exploring Salzburg.

Booking and correspondence with Wilfried was easy and we were met by Hildegard who will give you lots of useful information

I would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return as Salzburg has become one of my 'favourite things'

Dreamy stay in Salzburg

I can't say enough about the apartment Domblick. My mom and I stayed in the flat for 3 nights while we visited Salzburg. The apartment is immaculately clean, perfectly appointed, and just a short walk outside of the center of the old town. If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would. Just perfect in every way!

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment. This is located within walking distance of everything you need, sights, shopping and eating. The views from the apartment are beautiful and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this for your stay in Salzburg.

Wonderful Place

2 Big bedrooms and lounge & kitchen areas were all spacious, exceptionally clean and very designer modern - I would love to live there permanently. It is ideally situated 15min walk to anywhere in Saltzburg and 2 mins to infamous beer garden (largest in Europe) Im so glad I chose to stay there and would highly recommend it.

Apartment is a real winner! Great location and near to cafes, bars and buses. Easy to walk into town. Used No2 bus from airport and then short walk to apartment. Lovely and clean. Amazing views and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable appartment

Easy walking distance to old town with boutique shopping and Christmas markets. Also near tourist attractions, (museums and ‘castle’ ), cafe’s, local traditional restuarants and bars. Highly recommended.

Apartment 'Domblick' is situated at the foot of the Moenchsberg, only a few minutes from the Salzach Promenade. What may be more important for some of you: It is only a few steps to the famous Augustiner Brewery with its excellent beer and its wonderful beergarden. To Getreidegasse and the festival hall it is less than a 10 minutes walk and most of Salzburg's attractions like Mozart's birthplace, the Theater, the Mirabell Park etc. can easily reached on foot. There are also very good bus connections to Palace Hellbrunn, the Untersberg with its cable car, the Football Stadium and huge shopping centres by the motorway so that you can easily get by without a car. For the daily shopping there are numerous little shops in the vicinity.

And if you feel like having a real treat for breakfast you just walk up Moenchsberg and in 10 minutes you will sit in front of the Museum der Moderne where you will have fresh coffee and rolls against the backdrop of the magnificent panorama of Mozart City
