This beautiful, condominium is located on the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach. It is gorgeously decorated, with rich woods and classic, warm fabrics. It is the details that set this condo apart, like the ceramic tile floors in the great room, the nine-foot ceilings and the crown molding. There are TV, VCR and DVD in every room. It is located on the 21st floor.

The huge, 40-foot, full privacy balcony overlooks the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the chaise lounge or dine on the table and chairs. Perfect for cocktails at sunset.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed. There are sliding glass doors to step out onto the balcony from the master suite. The guestroom has a queen bed. The living, dining, and master bedrooms all have full, breathtaking views of the emerald green waters.

The large kitchen is open to the living room, which makes for an open airy feel to this condominium.

Great condo Layout Needs New Housekeeper and Maintence Man

Arrived to a great condo layout wise beautiful . It is too bad it is not being kept up with cleaning and maintence. Called and emailed Laura Thompson (do not know if she is owner or a go between) the reason I say this is you have to tell the office and beach personal another name to register and get your beach chairs. Light bulbs were burnt out, fan in master bath was hanging , return filters in kitchen were NASTY had not been changed in a long time ,mold on the bathroom tubs (both) nothing a little bleach and elbow grease would not have gotten off. The Maintence man showed up on Monday upluged the light hanging in master bath when I left Sat. he still had not returned was supposed to return with light bulbs and fix the fixture in the master bath . The beautiful view out of the living room to the Gulf was distorted by the attempt of some trying to wash the outside of the windows and just quitting in the middle of the job. If I was a owner of such a great condo I would be mad as hell that the cleaning crew would leave my condo in such a filthy mess. Before anyone says I do not know what I am talking about I have stayed at serveral in PCB over the 20+ years I have stayed here and it is at the top of the list of dirty. I did not report this but the dryer is either fixing to throw a belt or burn out a bearing it squeals real loud when starting and sort of calms down but takes long time to dry clothes. Door handle on refrigerator was also missing. Three TVs and only Two remotes , had to use my batteries in those. I know this condo is up for sale but If I was trying to sell I sure would keep it a lot cleaner. Laura before you blast me on here it would be nice to hear your voice so I can tell you this in person since you would not return the 2 calls that I left messages for you on your answering machine that you did not bother to return.

Condo Okay But Needs Some TLC

We stayed in this condo for two months. Laura was good to deal with and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. The condo however really needs a deep cleaning and some repairs done. To us it seems if something is broken then it remains broken. The instructions to guests were duct taped to the fridge and the fridge does not have a handle on it. The many vents in the condo had visible dust, mold on exhaust fans with no covers on them. Something black on edges of bathtubs. Tried to clean but could not. The floors and carpets were filthy even though Laura said she had just had the ceramic floors cleaned. Cupboard doors were off their hinges and bugs flew out of the cupboard when I opened them. The handle to the master bath door was missing and band aids were placed over the knob. Bathtub and sinks did not drain. Three out of four telephones did not work. Some of these things have been repaired upon our request but we should not have had to worry about any of this.

Owner's Response: We have the best cleaning crew in PC. We have a very deep clean once a year and that happened right after this renters stay. We change out bed linens, pillows, towels etc very often and always keep a sparkling clean condo. As you can tell from all of the other reviews.

Awesome Condo with an AMAZING view!

Our trip was a spur of the moment decision. The owner Laura was amazing and very sweet! She responded in a timely manner. The condo was everything we needed and what we were looking for. The balcony was our favorite part and the fact that it was in walking distant of a lot of things was awesome! I would recommend this condo to anyone! I had family in the area and they even commented on how awesome the condo was. We were able to check in early. A few things that were a surprise to us was the extra things we had to do before checking out, such as start a load of sheets, taking the trash to the trash chute, and loading the dishwasher with any dishes we used (which is no big deal, pretty simple). Gulf Crest actually wanted us to register with them and it cost us an extra $20 but Laura mentioned that on the phone. One place we would recommend is Hammerhead Fred's! They have delicious food and its only a five minute walk from the condo. We will for sure come back!

Great Condo with an Excellent Owner

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had all the comforts of home. The owner was so sweet to deal with and answered all of our questions through phone calls and emails. (Thanks Laura) Would highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Bike week.

Had a great time the condo was nice! Just two small issues, the handle to the refrigerator was glued on and it came off. Secondly the maid left a plate of rib bones under the bed.
