Casa Azucena is a beautiful detached private villa with 10x5m private pool. Fully air conditioned - hot and cold - in all bedrooms, lounge/dining room), ceiling fans in all main rooms and underfloor heating throughout for winter months. Fully equipped kitchen/utility with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. Also, cable TV with main UK, French, German, Dutch and Spanish channels (2 LCD Widescreen TV's in lounge and master bedroom). DVD player plus CD/cassette/radio Hi-Fi/Ipod Docking. Wireless Internet available at villa free of charge.

The property has 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the first floor, has ensuite bathroom and a large balcony. There is a naya stretching on 2 sides of the property and this provides casual seating and shaded dining areas. .The location is on a headland at Javea (near Cabo La Nao) and a number of beaches are available nearby - including Granadella, local coves and the sandy Arenal at Javea.

We come out to Javes 3 or 4 times each year and love the area, the beaches and the old town, Arenal and the Port area.

We come out often with friends or family and the villa is ideal accommodation and the pool is great - especially for those wanting to swim.

Why Chris Goff chose Costa Nova

Back in 2001 we chose the plot and had the villa built to a similar style to other properties nearby but with some features that we wanted - such as underfloor heating. Air conditioning and a large balcony for the Master Bedroom.

What makes this villa unique

The large Naya or covered terrace I'd ideal to keep cool in summer out of the sun. It is great for outdoor meals and enjoying a cocktail in the early evening. It overlooks the pool and garden.

  • Both bathrooms are very spacious and well fitted. The downstairs bath has grab handles to assist entry and exit. A separate shower cubicle has recently been fitted to the downstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has recently had a new walk in shower fitted in place of the bath and this is with an overhead and a handheld shower head.

  • The master bedroom is upstairs and has an en suite bathroom, air conditioning and cable TV (TV also in lounge) as well as a large balcony. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 2 downstairs twin bedrooms share a bathroom and each have air conditioning with remote control. There is a sofabed in the lounge area suitable for 1 to 2 people

For wheelchairs there is a ramp and handrail to the front door and then everything is on one floor except the master bedroom which is upstairs and the pool which is down 1 step. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet are on the ground floor. The private pool is not fenced and the depth is between 1 to 2 metres so parents must be careful with young children/non swimmers (Pool man regularly visits the pool for maintenance and cleaning). Full linen and bath towels are provided but the renter should provide their own beach/pool towels. There are shutters on all windows for security as well as an alarm system linked to a central control. There is a wide-screen (LCD) TV in the lounge and also the master bedroom. The CD Player/Radio also has an Ipod docking station to play through the stereo speakers. The internet access is wireless and is free of charge.

Pure luxury 5 star villa....well happy :)

Excellent Villa very high standard. Would defo recommend to other people, it was exactly as its advertised but is alot bigger than we expected, could easily fit 2 familys in to cut the cost!. would advise car hire. We were a family of 5....children aged 12,10 and 5 they were happy around the pool although we did visit javea beach which is lovely with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend los remos good quality food all freshly cooked so expect to wait!!! The ownwer was very helpful nothing to much trouble. probably would'nt go to this villa again as we like to explore different places, but have already told lots of friends and family about this villa. Thank you for a great holiday we had 7 nights as thats all that was available, but would have loved to stay longer maybe 10,11 nights.

A fantastic chilled out week in the Spanish sun!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The gardens are lovely and completely private, the swimming pool was huge (all be it cold!) and the inside very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We spent most evenings sitting outside on the wicker furniture having used the gas BBQ enjoying the peace and quiet with a glass of wine or two! It does get a bit windy in the evenings so ensure you bring long sleeves. Our children ( aged 14 & 9 ) had a great time and enjoyed the flexibility of being able to watch English tv especially sky sports and the kids channels when they wanted a break from the sun or be able to keep in touch with their mates using the wi-fi. The town is only 5 minutes by car if you choose the using the unpaved roads option on your sat nav. We had such a chilled out week that we have already rebooked for May half term next year.

Perfect Family Holiday

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and central to this was Casa Azucena with its superb facilities and great location. This was our first trip to Javea upon several recommendations from friends and we were not disappointed. The Arenal with its wide promenade and gently shelving beach was ideal for our 2 year old son. Family friendly restaurants and the heladería which we visited daily were faultless.

However what made the trip down to the beach even better was the thought of returning for a dip in the pool to cool off and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the villa.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa Azucena, Chris’s communication was always prompt and very helpful. My only thoughts are to start saving up to return for two weeks instead of one next year!

A slice of heaven!

We have just spent 3 glorious weeks of perfection at Casa Azucena. We know Javea well, our family holiday has been there for the past 16 years and we have stayed in many villas in the town over the years - looking for the 'one'. We want/expect modern, well equipped, good comfortable outside space with suitable facilites and peace and quiet. Casa Azucena has all of these in spades.

If you are thinking of a villa holiday in Javea - look no further. Beautiful outside space, comfortable good quality poolside furniture and patio suite; delightful crystal clear, good sized pool in a truly peaceful and relaxing location which, in turn, is not far from the action of Arenal Beach Front or the Port, if you want it (car required). Inside the villa is tastefully fitted and is light and airy with the right amount and type of furniture and fittings. Cable TV, wifi all in place. Kitchen is well equipped with clean, good quality crockery etc. Fab bath towels and linen.

Everything was very easy - lots of contact and info/support from the owner and Agent. Truly - 3 weeks of heaven. Fantastic!

A brilliant villa

The villa is beautifully designed with everything you could need for a restful holiday. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and within reach of the beautiful coastline and nice beaches. We loved simply lazing the day away by the lovely pool and enjoying the hospitality of the delightfully furnished villa, pool and garden.

Fabulous Villa!!

I think this rates as the best equipped villa I have stayed in. You couldn't ask for anything more. Quite, secluded just perfect!! The villa was spotless. Local town not far and many many restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. There was only four of us but it is perfect for a large family with children. The pool is superb. Just wish we had been there for longer.

The villa is set on a small estate of individual houses and bungalows with views to one side and across to Montgo from the rear balcony. It is set in an area of natural beauty amongst pine trees and on a rocky headland with some beaches and wonderful views of the sea nearby. The nearest sea view is about 5 minutes walk away.

It is close to Javea with its Port, Old Town and Arenal main sandy beach. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby and it is only a few minutes by car to the beaches at the Arenal or Grenadella.

Refundable Damage Deposit £250

A deposit of 25% will be required and the balance payable 45 days before the start date. A security deposit of £250 payable in cash to our agent in Javea will be required and is repayable after the end of the booking subject to no damage in respect of the property. Payments may be made by cheque or direct bank transfer and can be received in pounds in the UK or Euros (by transfer only) in Spain
When the deposit and the final balance is paid these are non-refundable.
