The spacious living area provides plenty of space for a big family and their guests. The living room with big flat screen TV and premium furniture invites to relax and enjoy the fantastic sea view.

The high class kitchen supports the creation of fancy meals. The meal can be enjoyed at the dining table inside or at the cosy patio. There you will find another table with chairs for 6 persons. The adjoining garden, full of tropic plant is perfect for a private sunbath or for a meeting with family and friends.

The bedroom on the 2nd floor and one on the first floor afford a big French bed. From the 2 big bedrooms you have a stunning view to the sea and the bay.

There is one bathroom on each floor; on the ground floor is a guest WC.

In addition to that the first floor has a balcony and the 2nd floor also a big terrace, where the guests can enjoy the beautiful, unspoiled view over the bay.

Sport: Windsurfing: Club Mistral has its main base directly on the beach in Bahia Feliz. There are approx. 50 boards with 70 rigs as well at your disposal. Mountain biking: Gran Canaria is an island with innumerable routes, which are suitable not only for bicycle fans but also for visitors, seeking direct contact with nature. Let it be a down-hill or a long distance ride – the bike is a perfect vehicle to experience indescribably beautiful landscapes. State of the art and high quality bikes may be rented directly in the proximity. Organised tours are also available. Trekking: The entire island is covered by an ample network of trekking routes. There are easily accessible pathways, “caminos reales”, donkey paths and in addition, small ways and paths, which are reserved for the experienced trekker. Tennis: There are two tennis courts close by.

Wellness & Activities: Europe’s largest centre of Thalassic therapy lies close by and offers a choice of wellness spas, relaxation and swimming in hot sea water. Also a detailed medical examination for the preparation of a personal program, massage, water gymnastics, bubble bath, underwater shower, pressure shower, sauna followed by body-peeling, cleaning of the skin with massage, manicure, pedicure, algae-therapy, bubble-bath with algae, facial treatment or treatment to improve skin texture as well as treatment for rheumatic complaints are offered.

Golf: Of all the golf courses in the world many cannot compete with Gran Canaria, because the island has a special advantage: the climate as well as the possibility of being able to play golf during the whole year. Today Gran Canaria has six golf courses, they are spread out across the island with a distance of no more than 50 kilometres between each one. Shortly this list will be extended to a four further golf courses, which are currently being built. A further advantage of Gran Canaria golf courses is their competitive price, which is below the average. The Green fee of the 18 hole courses costs here about 50 Euros in the off season (between May and September) and 70 Euros in the remaining months.

An amazing and relaxing holiday home

A fabulous location overlooking the sea. The top floor bedroom and balcony are superb and hours can be spent in reading and relaxing with only the sound of the sea to keep you company. All services are provided and there are some excellent restaurants only a €4 taxi ride away in San Agustin. Having stayed here numerous times, we will be back to stay many more times.

Very nice and clean villa, fully equipped, excellent location.

what to say - we were entirely happy, Mrs. Birgit is nice and friendly,

the villa offers full comfort. We can recommend it .

As our daughter is a celiac, we have to always look for gluten free

restaurants and food - there are several places where to eat: Picola Italia (St. Agustin),

La Pampa (Maspalomas) OK Restaurant (Maspalomas) ......Also, there is small shoping centre near the villa where you can buy also gluten free bread(s).

Unbedingt empfehlenswert - grosszügiges, ruhiges, schönes Haus an idealer Lage

Wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht - das Haus ist zwar ein Reihenhaus aber recht gross und der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön gestaltet. Die obere Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar und lädt mit zwei Liegestühlen ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Dank der beiden Badezimmer, Balkon, Terrasse, Garten haben 4 Personen oder 2 Paare sehr viel privacy, auch mit 6 Personen ist das Haus längst nicht überfüllt. Alle Zimmer sind top ausgestattet, ebenso die Küche - wir haben nichts vermisst und die Reinigung war einwandfrei.

Die kleine Shopping-Mall in Gehweite ist von aussen zunächst etwas unansehnlich, aber die Plaza innen mit vielen Restaurants ist äusserst gemütlich. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit (2 kleine aber sehr gut sortierte und geführte Hyperdino und viele kleine Läden), direkt vor dem Haus hatte es immer Parkplätze, lediglich bei der Mall musste man etwas Glück haben, falls man doch mal mit dem Auto einkaufen wollte.

Sehr nett ist auch der Strand wirklich direkt vor dem Haus (über den Fussweg) - er ist zwar nicht 5* Kategorie, aber bei Ebbe gibt er aktuell eine sehr schöne Sandfläche frei und die ansonsten dominierenden runden Kieselsteine sind sehr fuss- und liegefreundlich.

Das Meeresrauschen in einschläfernder Lautstärke gibt es gratis dazu und die unsägliche Animation des die Gegend dominierenden TUI Family Life Clubs ist zum Glück mehr als genug weit weg, sodass man sich jeweils nur beim Vorbeilaufen zum Abendessen in der Mall darüber wundern muss - wir haben die Woche in dem wirklich schön, gemütlich und ruhig gelegenen Haus sehr genossen. Für Ausflüge ist man ebenfalls gut positioniert - die GC-1 ist Minuten entfernt und z.B. wenige Kilometer weiter, von Las Palomas, kann man in die Berge hochfahren. Wer richtig heftig "shoppen" gehen will, fährt auf der GC-1 zwei Ausfahrten zurück Richtung Las Palmas - hinter der schon von der Autobahn weithin sichtbaren "Carrefour" Tafel verbirgt sich nicht nur derselbe sondern unerwarteterweise ein riesiges Shopping-Center mit allen erdenklichen Brands. Unbedingte Empfehlung für dieses Objekt, die Lage, Ausstattung und Erholungseffekt!

Ein Traumhaus!

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, es ist einfach die perfekte Unterkunft für Familien!

Die Lage, die Bilder und die Beschreibung dieses Inserates treffen vollkommen zu.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt.

Die Aussicht von den Schlafzimmern, dem Garten und dem Balkon sind wunderschön, man kriegt nicht genug davon. Genauso erging es uns beim traumhaften Rauschen der Wellen, die man Nachts im ganzen Haus hört! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie empfing uns und sie zeigte und das Haus. Wir waren einfach nur begeistert und unsere Kinder waren es auch! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Es war ein tolles Feriendomizil

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Meer, die schöne Aussicht und die gut ausgestattete Wohnung machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Wir können dieses Objekt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
