The high-quality furnished cottage has a secluded location with a stunning panorama view in the hilly landscape of the March. If you are looking for tranquillity and you want to relax in between vineyards and olive groves, you will be able to experience a relaxing holiday here. There is a garden with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees available. For refreshment, there is a solar shower and a 2m round diving pool. From the two partially covered terraces you can enjoy the romantic sunsets. It is about 15 km to the sea. In Grottamare you will find well-kept open beaches with showers. Open air opera events (9 km away) will pamper people interested in culture. Sport lovers can swim, sail, bicycle, hike in the national park of the Sibillin Mountains, go mountain climbing and drive with the fishers out to the sea. The historical old city can be reached in a two minute drive. There you will find restaurants, bars, a doctor and a pharmacy.

Entspannung bei herrlicher Aussicht

Durch Zufall fanden wir dieses wunderschöne Haus. Für uns war es ein Glücksgriff. Ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der kleine, gepflegte Ort Cossignano mit wichtigen Dingen des Alltags ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Landschaft erinnert uns ein wenig an die Toscana, jedoch mit den 2500 m Gipfeln der sybillinischen Berge im Hintergrund und dem Meer in nur 20 Minuten Entfernung. Für uns eine tolle Mischung. Viele schöne Touren in die hübschen, umliegenden Altstädte wurden gemacht und mit ein paar Stunden am Meer abgerundet. An der Küste findet man vom freien Strand ( auch diese waren gepflegt ) bis zum quirligen Badeort für jeden Geschmack etwas. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geräumig und komfortabel. So ein Bad und so eine gut ausgestattete Küche hatten wir in einem Ferienhaus noch nie. Wir mussten schmunzeln, weil wir in der Küche sogar Geräte vorfanden, die wir nicht einmal zu Hause haben. Z.B. einen Dampfgarer. Es wurde also öfter gekocht als gedacht und bei herrlicher Aussicht genossen. Das Haus hat 5 Terrassen! Da fiel die Entscheidung manchmal schwer ; ). Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Aufenthalt rundum genoßen und kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße an die sympathischen Besitzer.

Komfort, Aussicht, Ruhe - 100 Punkte!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Casa BraMare sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Tage - Morgens schon der Sonnenaufgang vom Kopfkissen aus, tagsüber im Garten und Tauchbecken oder ans Meer und Abends in die Dörfer rundherum zum Aperitif und Essen. Der Mail-Kontakt mit den Vermietern war nett.

Traum-Ferienhaus

Wir waren nun schon mindestens 10 mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, besonders die Küche ist zu erwähnen, sie bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Ein Haus mit Garten und Terrassen, in dem man sich drinnen und draußen nur wohlfühlen kann. Erholung pur von der ersten Minute an. Und die Umgebung bietet einiges. Viele kleine Dörfer/Städtchen und das Meer ist nicht weit. Wir können Casa Bramare jedem empfehlen, der Urlaub in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend verbringen möchte. Die Vermieter sind beste Gastgeber , die sich um Menschen kümmern, die sich in ihr Haus für kurze Zeit einnisten. Liebe Margot, lieber Rainer, vielen Dank für das Überlassen eurer Casa Bramare - wir haben jeden Aufenthalt mehr als genossen.
