The town house was finished in 2008 and is in a modern condition with very tasteful, modern furnishing. In addition to the view directly in front of the house of S'Estany Gran 'Large Pond' and the Tramuntana mountains, impresses through its clear room separation and lines. A space for people who like to have things clean and clear. The community pool is located only about 20 m away. To the beautiful, soft beach it is only about 200 m. The house is furnished for 6 people, whereby one bedroom has a bunk bed for youths. Satellite TV, stereo system and of course a perfectly equipped kitchen make sure no comforts are missing. The townhouse complex is inhabited by peaceful long-term renters and owners except for this unit - they usually only come on the weekends to Palma.

Alcudia is probably the oldest city of Majorca. In addition to the well-preserved Arabic constructions, like the old city wall, you can still be amazed by the remains of the roman settlement of Polentia'. The former main gate 'Porta Principal', the church 'Església Sant Jaume' and the Roman theatre south of the city are all worth seeing. The actual holiday region is south of Puerte de Alcudia about 10 km along the 'Bay of Alcudia'. The fine sand beaches slowly go into the sea and are ideal for families with children. The tourist centre is ideal for families and offers rich entertainment and athletic possibilities. The nature protection area S'Albufera, a 1200 ha swamp region, invites you to go on expansive walks.
