Great apartment in fabulous location

Our week stay was idyllic. The apartment is well kept, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the pool was a haven of peaceful relaxation. The location is conveniently close to a small but pretty beach. Check in and commutation with the owner and local rep was also excellent. Would recommend this lovely property.

Nice location and area

The area and the apartement was nice and clean and in general we had a great stay at the apartement. The only thing that was a little dissaponting was that 2 of 3 bedrooms didnt have functional aircondition, so we ( 3 out of 4) ended up sleeping on the floor in the livingroom.

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderbarer Location

Wir haben unseren Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur in der Ferienwohnung von Peter und Monika sehr genossen und danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung liegt in einer einmalig wundervollen, gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage inmitten von Kiefernwäldern. Besonders genossen haben die Kinder den Pool, der trotz Hochsaison kaum besucht war und den man in den Morgenstunden meist für sich allein hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Positiv überrascht waren wir, dass in der Küche nicht nur eine Waschmaschine, sondern eine Waschmaschinen/Trockner Kombination war, mit der wir nicht gerechnet haben. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Aufteilung und der großzügige Balkon - mit Ausblick auf das Meer - war wunderbar. Lediglich die Mücken machten uns in den Abendstunden zu schaffen ;-). Die Küche hat sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich vorstellen kann und ist mit hochwertigen Miele Geräten ausgestattet. Wir haben letztendlich das Kinder- und Elternschlafzimmer gewechselt, weil uns persönlich die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer zu weich waren - dies ist aber natürlich immer individuell. Die Bäder waren angenehm und vor allem das renovierte Duschbad hat es uns angetan. Als einzig „störend“ (Klagen auf hohem Niveau!) haben wir empfunden, dass das Wasser sehr, sehr lange brauchte, um warm zu werden. Empfehlen würden wir anderen Mietern, zusätzlich eigene Handtücher mitzubringen, da die Anzahl der zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher für einen Sommerurlaub (Pool, Strand, Küche, Dusche) zu gering war. Dies lässt sich aber eventuell ja auch im Vorfeld mit Peter besprechen und beheben ;-). Äußerst schade war, dass wir die Reise drei Tage früher beenden mussten, da die Côte d’Azur während unseres Aufenthalts zum Corona Hochrisikogebiet erklärt wurde und wir mit unseren schulpflichtigen Kindern abreisen mussten, um die Quarantäneregeln einhalten zu können. Aber auch hier waren Peter und seine Frau äußerst gesprächsbereit, verständnisvoll und kulant und sind uns entgegen gekommen. Wir danken für den freundlichen Kontakt und den Aufenthalt am Cap d‘Antibes! :-)

excellent séjour

La résidence est très calme dans un jardin magnifique à 2 pas de la plage de la Garoupe et du sentier du littoral. Merci à Irina pour son accueil L'appartement est très bien équipé , la literie de qualité Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Seul bémol pour les enfants , le bouquet TV satellite de la box essentiellement en Allemand Une semaine chaîne en Français
