3 bedrooms, 20m to the sea from the lawn - own canoes, 1200 m² garden

It is a very comfortable, peaceful and lovely holiday home (built in 2001) for up to 6 people in a secluded location of about 140 m² directly by the sea on a 1200 m² property - bordering the sea - Vliho bay. Stunning sea view. Three bedrooms, perfect kitchen, living room and large bathroom with bathtub and shower and guest toilet. Large veranda. Outdoor shower. BBQ. Lawn. SAT-TV, dishwasher, DVD player, washing machine, coffee machine.... Good infrastructure. Taverns and shopping 300m away. 2 canoes - best to walk out into the water with them, because it is very shallow. No dogs! Enclosed and with parking space. Ideal for families with children for safe playing. The Spiros is located in the area (actually just across) from Vliho, in the middle of olive trees directly by the sea. Thus, you are extremely private with the sea in front of you, the mountains behind you and olive trees on your sides (my God, it is wonderful). The tranquillity is stunning and you can immediately relax.

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend! Schade dass man trotz Meerzugang nicht baden kann. Ruderboot könnte etwas sauberer und event. mit Motor ausgestattet sein. Danke, wir werden wieder kommen!!!!!!!!

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für die liebe Kritik - das Problem ist ja tatsächlich, dass es sich um eine Lagune handelt, die so lang seicht bleibt, dass es ohne die Boote keinen Sinn macht, in tiefes Gewässer zu gelangen - aber naja - nach 10 Minuten ist man ja auch am Strand. Die Ruderboote werden wir blitzblank putzen.

Vliho (Vlicho) itself is really a small village with tiny shops and a few taverns (the bay of Vliho is almost completely surrounded by the sound) and is located on a part of the coast rich with bays, a forested mountain that runs parallel to the shore and a stunning mix between sea and land. Compared to the neighbouring, overcrowded Nidri, Vliho has completely preserved its originality and sedately goes about its business as usual. Here there are still typical wood Kaikis or smaller yachts are still repaired. At the end of the city is a foot path that goes past the grave of the archaeologist Dörpfeld and ends by the chapel of Agio Kiriaki. The Spiros is located in the area (actually just across) from Vliho, in the middle of olive trees directly by the sea. The street from Vliho to the house ends after awhile in no man's land - thus, there is absolutely no traffic.

Eine oft gestellte Frage: das Gartengrundstück reicht bis ins Meer - es ist zwar kein Strand und es dauert ewig, bis man tief im Wasser ist, aber man kann sofort ins Meer - nächster Sandstrand nach ca. 1 km.
