This new condo, which we call Casa Vista Mar, is beautifully and comfortably furnished with all new furniture, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and GE Profile appliances, washer/dryer, and a private rooftop deck with jacuzzi in a gated community with 24-hour security.

A high-definition flat-screen television provides English-speaking programming, DISH TV, AppleTV, and internet. There is an I-pod dock for your enjoyment and convenience.

The large master bedroom is equipped with an American king bed and the second bedroom has a California King bed. Both bedrooms have blackout shades to facilitate restful sleep. Rollaway bed also available for fifth person.

Both bathrooms offer travertine showers and vanities with high end finishes. The master bathroom also features a large jacuzzi tub for relaxation.

You will enjoy beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and mountainsides from most rooms and the large rooftop deck.

The private 640 sq.ft. roof-top deck with its tropical feel is fully furnished with a jacuzzi hot tub, sectional sofa, chaises, umbrella, and barbeque. Indulge in a massage on our private rooftop deck, which you can reserve through our private concierge.

There is a second deck off the living room and master bedroom to enjoy outside dining with views of Medano Beach and scenic mountains.

All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Each bath is equipped with a hair dryer.

This condo is a short 5-minute walk to the popular Medano Beach, as well as walking distance from town restaurants and shopping, and the main Cabo marina. Taxis are available, if desired, and the condo offers a private parking spot in the underground garage. An elevator conveniently takes you to the sixth-floor penthouse.

Walmart, City Club, Home Depot, and Costco are all a short drive away for any of your shopping needs.

Several beachfront restaurants, including popular Tabasco's and The Office, are within walking distance. Coffee lovers will appreciate that there is a Starbucks in town.

There are several nearby watersport facilities offering scuba diving, snorkling, wave runners, trips to Lovers Beach in glass bottom boats, parasailing, among several other activities. There are $30 massages offered on the beach 5 minutes walking distance away from Casa Vista Mar.

About Owner

My family first came to Cabo San Lucas in 1993, after visiting several other regions of Mexico. Loving the town, beaches, and convenient travel, we have returned every year since. From diving, touring, reading and the many activities offered on the many beautiful beaches, there is always something to interest our family and friends.

My husband and I chose this condominium at Puerta Cabos Village because of its beautiful features and spacious rooms, its stunning views of the beach and the famous Arches from our lower and private rooftop deck, two swimming pools on the property, the convenient elevators from the underground garage, travertine tile floors and showers, stainless steel appliances, gated security, and walking distance to beaches, town shops and restaurants, and main Cabo harbor. The condo is also in close proximity to medical clinics and hospitals, as well as convenient shopping at Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, City Club, and Home Depot.

Beautiful property, beautiful condo

Hugo was our person of contact throughout the trip. He was always there to answer any questions and helped make our stay here truly exceptional. We loved everything about the trip, location, amenities, just perfect all around. We would rent this unit again in a heart beat.

Great location, but noisy!

Hugo, the property manager met us with beer and guacamole. He was helpful as was Ivan.

The property was first rate. We loved the rooftop deck and barbecued multiple times. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and the fun places to have a drink or snack, such as Mango Deck and the Office. Loved spending time in the ocean, although the vendors were plentiful! What wasn't so nice was the street noise during the night, as well as people partying across the street near the soccer fields. The condo itself is fantastic, but because of the construction across the street and the late night activity in the open space across the street, we would not stay there again.

We loved the condo.

Wonderful place to stay. This condo was better than we expected. Location and Hugo was so helpful I would highly recommend to anyone. Some talk about it being loud at night and we had 2 nights that we were woke up by the noise but still very much enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back next year.

Very noisy

The condo is just as the pictures depicted. It is a perfect layout for two couples to share. The hot tub is wonderful for relaxing and the latest cation is perfect for the beach and walking distance to town and restaurants. Hugo was wonderful with helping to arrange whale watching tour, kayaking and a one day car rental. His recommendations were spot on. That said, this is a place we would not come back to. We often had difficulty with hot water, the dishwasher did not always clean the dishes and the pool was not heated for most of the time we were there. All of those problems were told to Victoria and she has assured me that the issues were to be fixed for future guests. What cannot be fixed is the noise level from the soccer field across the street and the karaoke restaurant two blocks away. Often there were soccer games until past 10:00 PM and the karaoke bar was loud until sometimes 4:00 AM. Some nights it was almost impossible to sleep. Due to all the noise this was far from a restful vacation.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry that this guest had an unfortunate experience. I have been staying in the condo the past week or so and there has been very little noise from the soccer fields in the night and the karaoke bar has calmed down with the exception of a Friday night. Cabo is a very active city where many people go to party, so it is impossible for us to always control what is "outside" the condo grounds. The dishwasher has been replaced and we have strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. I have travelled Mexico for four decades and have experienced occasional water pressure issues in even the best of hotels. The pool water has been a perfect temperature since I arrived. The heater had just been fixed during this guest's visit. We do our best to take care of our guests and value their business. Hugo, our concierge, is extremely conscientious and does his best to make our guests comfortable.

Beautiful Property

So August is high hurricane season apparently. 2 Hurricanes hit the pacific coast the week we were headed out to Cabo. I was so concerned that our trip was going to be cancelled but kept an eye on the weather up until the day we had to depart. Victoria the owner of the condo reached out to me asking if our flights were still ok and that they were not being cancelled. She then informed us that if for some reason they do she can extend the dates out for arrival if there is need. I did not have to call her she called us to let us know she can make any arrangement for us that will work. Upon our arrival everything was as scheduled. Everything that we needed from car service, groceries, excursions we were assisted by Hugo the concierge of the complex. We were greeted by our driver at the airport as requested. Upon our arrival at the condo we were greeted by smile welcoming us to Cabo by Hugo. We had fresh guacamole, beer & beverages awaiting us. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The roof top was our favorite spot after a day of fun in the sun. I do have to say the first night there we discovered the water temp was not very hot. I sent Hugo an email and he was there the next morning at 8am and had that fixed immediately. The only other concern I had was one early morning some of the locals like to hang out in the soccer fields across from the complex. The music was a little loud and we are talking 1:30am. I sent an email to Hugo about my frustration and disappointment. I kid you not within 5 min the local police arrived escorting them away. Our overall stay was AWESOME! Just a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. The beach is 5 min away, taxi are abundantly available. If you stay here you don't need a rental car. At least for us (family of 4) it was more convenient to hail a taxi at the end of the block. I can see within the next year or 2 this property is going to grow even more and the area around will prosper even more. This is a great location close to everything but far enough away from all the busy city life. Our vacation was about relaxing and this was the perfect place. I recommend this for a family with teens or older.

Beautiful apartment

Everything is perfect and better than the pictures,so easy for Town and beach . The only problem we had was the drag racing the first night until dawn ,but we put an end to that by buying a fan for white noise so we slept well after that . We left the fan for future guests .
