Our stylish and cozy condo located in Island Manor, Marco Island. It has been beautifully renovated to reflect comfort, style and relaxation. The condo is fully furnished with one master bedroom and one large guest bedroom and one bath; it is a corner unit on the 2nd floor. Features include porcelain tile throughout, kitchen has an exquisite granite counter top with all new cabinets, new central mini-split air conditioning system, independent heating system, washer and dryer, secured wireless internet connection, cable TV, a beautiful and relaxing screened Lanai and assigned parking. It is adjacent to the Island Manor clubhouse and within walking distance to the picturesque Residents Beach.

The Island Manor clubhouse is located in the center of the community that offers a heated pool, outdoor showers, ladies and men's facilities and free internet access. Other community amenities include a miniature putting green, shuffleboard and other entertaining activities.

We are one block across from the Residents Beach, beautiful sunsets and walking distance to the white sandy public beach entrance. It is also minutes from restaurants, shopping, boutiques and public parks of magnificent Marco Island.

Moreover, you will be able to access the beach, shopping, and fun activities with ease.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! WILL STAY AGAIN

Angel and his wife were extremely pleasant to speak with and it felt like my wife and I stayed in a luxury condo without paying the high prices for one. We felt like we were in our home away from home! It was a wonderful experience and we came back fully relaxed and recharged. Just what we needed! We will be staying here more often and plan to make it our permanent getaway stay in Marco Island!!! 5 star rating!

This is a lovely updated condo in a very serene and quiet setting. Right across the street from the public access point for the beach. A great place for people who want to go to the beach and relax.

We enjoyed our stay at our Island Manor vacation rental. The condo was perfect. They have thought of any thing that you would need while staying there. Very clean and neat and the owners were great with communicating with arrangements. So close to the residents beach, washer & dryer in unit, confortable beds, quiet & restful. Highly recomend staying there. You will not be disapointed!!

Island Manor is conveniently located just across Marco Islands Residents' Beach and minutes away from the public beach entrance. Parking is available for a fee at these locations. It is advisable to secure a Residents Beach temporary pass from the Marco Island Civic Association(239-642-7778). There are numerous restaurants in the area to satisfy all of your culinary delights. If you like to shop, there are many stores in the Marco Island community. As you drive towards Naples you will see many shopping malls, restaurants and cinemas. The major shopping malls with many of the large chain stores are just minutes away. The Marco River Marina provides: charter fishing, boat rentals and many other services. The Collier-Seminole State Park, just 12 miles north of Marco Island is a must for nature lovers. The Coral Isle Golf Center is just 5 miles north of Marco Island on Collier Blvd. They have a spectacular, lighted public driving range and Pro shop, there open from 9-4 pm, ask for Scott. If you just want to relax and do absolutely nothing; welcome to Marco Island, enjoy your stay, our weather and just have fun.
