This Loft in The Quarters is AMAZINGLY quiet yet centrally located. This is a residential building, so you will feel right at home with the locals. The front lobby is locked at all times and has a convenient coded key pad to get in; the Loft itself has a convenient coded entry as well. Reviewer Comments:

The condo itself was just the right size and a good location to all things party! The area is a bit gritty, but that's part of the charm??? We still felt safe and it was never an issue. The rooms were plenty big and the beds were very comfortable. All the amenities were great including the kitchen and stuff. It was weird to not have any natural light in the bedrooms, but that just helped us sleep in longer and recharge for the day. I would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments:

This apartment is in the heart of the city and you couldn't get any closer to all the action downtown. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and you had everything you needed in the kitchen. The parking garage was right across the street which made parking very convenient too. There are no windows in the condominium bedrooms and only one window downstairs which does not look outside but into the atrium in the center of the building Just noting this in case anyone is claustrophobic, this would not be the place for you. The rental process went very smoothly and everyone was very professional. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

We wanted to be close to Broadway and the hotels were super expensive. This airbnb was a great alternative since we had three people traveling together.

Reviewer Comments:

I stayed in this unit with my family for a conference at the convention center. The location was great with walkability to everything including, most importantly for us, the convention center. Despite the late-night local offerings, the apartment itself was nice and quiet. The building has a lot of charm and the layout of the unit is great. Unfortunately though there were some concerns for us. When we showed up, the floors were absolutely filthy. My kids (3 and 11 months) were black from the floor after playing on it for just a few hours. There were also used napkins in the pull out bed and tortilla chips on the floor. Initially, I viewed this as more of a reflection of the cleaning crew than the management company but despite telling me that they would have a cleaning crew out immediately to handle it, I never heard from anyone after that call. The bedding was also pretty miserable. Both beds in the bedrooms were lumpy with big impressions on either side where people have slept. The pull out bed was far worse and I am still apologizing to our guest who had to sleep on it while we were there. The last thing I would mention, and this is not really a knock on the management but more of a fact, is that it seems to be a bit of death trap from a fire standpoint. There are two bedrooms upstairs and only a narrow stairway to get out. If a fire started downstairs, there would be no way out. There are a lot of overhead sprinklers but it still made me nervous. Unfortunately, we would not consider staying here again.

Reviewer Comments:

The property overall was nice and the location was excellent for the downtown bar area. There are a couple of things that I feel were not well-suited for a condo that sells itself as "sleeps six". First, they only provide one parking pass which is not adequate sinse for six people you need at least two cars, so somebody ends paying up to $20 a day to park somewhere else. And we had to look around to find one for only $20 a day. Second, the water heater seems too small, though I could not actually see it. We ran out of hot water multiple times with five people trying to shower and get ready to go out. An on demand type water heater would be a definite benificial upgrade. The only other possible upgrade to make it more enjoyable experience would be to update the entry system. Having to put punch three codes in every time you come in seems a little excessive. Since the rooms and outside doors all use codes need for offsite check in seemed, while not hugely inconvenient, was a waste of time. Also since codes are used on both the two outside doors and inside door, a single temporary entry code seems more than feasible!
