Cosy alpine chalet, rustically furnished, two holiday flats of about 40 m2 each panoramic view of the valley and the 3000 m high mountains, balcony / terrace, quiet location, large property (1.300 m2), private parking space, for summer and winter holidays (fantastic ski area for alpine sking and cross-country skiing as well as hiking , rafting, hang-gliding etc. Le Cazot is located near a 6 km long ski run. The village with its shops and restaurants is within walking distance (about 10 minutes ).. The flat on the first floor - 40 m² - for 4 persons - has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a completely equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, microwave,refrigerator, etc.), radio, TV, WiFi, electric heating.

The chalet is located in an attractive holiday region, between the lake of Geneva and the Montblanc , the Lake of Annecy and the Aosta Valley. About 60 km to Geneva, about 50 km to Chamonix or Annecy. It is one of the largest skiing areas in Europe (more than 260 km of ski runs.) It is also a paradise for hikers. The chalet offers a panoramic view of the valley and of 3,000 m high mountains. It is a large property (about 1,300 m2) , quiet location, private parking space.
