Family Friendly 6 Bedroom, Pool, and Spa Araby Cove Neighborhood home will provide a Picture Perfect Vacation. The special feeling of the home and surrounding area is the only property in Palm Springs with a retreat feeling with hiking and biking trails out the front door.

The home is spacious at over 3000 sq feet and the patio areas are over 2000 sq. feet for the outdoor living Palm Springs offers.

Large Kitchen has plenty of cooking and prep space with a privacy door so that it is separate from the main home. Large Stainless Whirlpool French Door refrigerator, All Clad pots and pans, Lenox silverware sets for 20 guests. Kitchen Aid Stainless Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Television, Internet and more. There are 2 indoor dining tables for 6 - 8 guests each.

Outdoors there is a poolside table of 12 and a table for 8 – 10 in a covered pool view area and a large for refrigerator backyard pleasures.

The Palm Canyon and Earl Henderson Hiking Trails are steps away for hiking and horseback riding. The Palm Canyon Wash is a great for riding a mountain bike. The Indian Canyons Golf Resort and the Famous Indian Canyons - unique to the world are a stone throw away.

Cozy Home & Gracious Host

I was incredibly impressed with Julie and her family's home. From the moment I booked my reservation, Julie was very responsive and worked with me so I can pay her with two separate accounts. When my family arrived, we were greeted with a cozy house in the middle of Araby Cove, an amazing location with shops and hiking near by. Some people may like a swanky modern house, but we felt very comfortable in this home that doesn't lack character. From the beds, to the bathrooms, and the beach-style pool, we felt very much at home. I would highly recommend this location to any family.

Beautiful Home -- Terrific Owner/Hostess

First, the property. This is an absolutely beautiful home in a stunning part of Palm Springs offering wonderful views day and night. It is on a very quiet street, so there is no traffic or traffic noise. It is extremely large and comfortably accommodated the 12 guests I rented it for as their home while staying in Palm Springs for my wedding. The outside grounds -- with a stunning new heated pool -- are so nice my guests opted to forego touring Palm Springs and instead had a thoroughly enjoyable day poolside at what one guest called "their own private villa in the hills of Palm Springs." The place was immaculate, too -- everything was gleaming and sparkling.

Second, and equally important, is the home's absolutely delightful owner, Julie. We could not have asked for a more gracious, friendly, or helpful owner. She helped us set the house up in advance for our guests -- putting name tags on the doors to the bedrooms and placing nice gift bags tin each room to greet them upon their arrival. We were also welcomed to have wines chilled and cocktail setups ready for my guests, which they thoroughly enjoyed poolside.

Julie made the rental so easy and my guests' comfort a priority -- which I truly appreciated as I was simultaneously tending to many other details associated with the wedding. I can't thank her enough -- nor could my guests!

Lots of family fun!

The house was really great and so was Julie! Our big family needed a central location to meet up. Kids played in the pool while the adults hung out and enjoyed the sun (it wasn’t a super hot weekend). The pics don’t do the pool justice. It’s a beautiful location and tons of space outdoors to hang out. The house was very hangout friendly, meaning, we didn’t feel like we were walking on eggshells in someone else’s house.

Great family time in Palm Springs

We had a wonderful time in this home. Julie was very helpful. The main reason I booked this home was because of the pool. It is a beach front entry and we had two small children (2 & 4) and two older children 9 & 12. They had a blast swimming and the little girls could just play. We also liked the fact that there were some walking trails right out the front door. The house was comfortable and a well-stocked kitchen. We had three couples and 4 kids. Everyone was pretty comfortable, kids in bunk beds, single, and blowup mattress.

Relaxing Home in Palm Springs with great views!

Wow what a great vacation home! We were 8 Lady Golfers and the home was so enjoyable( love, love, love! Would recommend) Sitting in the Jacuzzi after golf and watching the sunset and twinkling lights of the City of Palm Springs below was magical. Having 6 bedrooms only 2 of us had to share a room and took the two Master Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms.

Morning Sunrise on the mountains from the kitchen picture window while sipping coffee and preparing breakfast in the very well stocked kitchen made our mornings extra fun.

Your home in Palm Springs was beyond picture perfect, Julie!

We will recommend Araby Twin Palms Estate to our husbands and other members of our Golf Club.

Very accommodating host

House was great for three families with small kids. Amazing views and many spaces outside to hang out. Julie was a great host and on top of everything, checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
